Software tool for factory acceptance test
Dostál, Adam ; Blažek, Petr (referee) ; Martinásek, Zdeněk (advisor)
This work is focused on the implementation of functional tests within the software project in the field of energy in the company Unicorn. The theoretical part describes in general the project methodology of software development and the methodology Rational Unified Process (RUP). In addition, the test methods are included, and the quality management model FURPS+. The last section introduces functional tests, including a description of those that are used to test the developed application. The practical part consists of description of the energy project Nemo Link, developed application Nemo Link Dispatch System (NDS), individial application modules, test enviroment, used tools and designed test methodology. Based on this methodology, individual selected tests are performed and evaluated.

EVALUATION OF WARMBLOOD STALLION PERFORMANCE TESTING SYSTEM
OSTRÝ, Václav
The thesis evaluates the performance testing system of Czech Warmblood stallions. Data acquired from basic stallion preformance test were analysed. Analysed data covered figures of 302 stallions from 9 test stations, taken in years 2007 to 2010. 12 traits of each stallion were analysed. Only basic statistic characteristics were used. Traits were compared by years, testing stations and especially by preferred sirs. The statistic evaluation of traits pointed the best sirs for breeding. Average marks and variability of offspring were taken into acount. Best sirs were Le Patron (x? = 7,84; variability = 2,5 %, Porter (x? = 7,73; variability = 3,0 %) Catango Z (x? = 7,86; variability = 4,4 %) and Przedswit XVI - 12 (x? = 7,85; variabiliy = 4,7 %). Suggestions for improvment of objectivity in performance testing system of Czech Warmblood were given on basis of evaluation component trait/overal score relations. Frequent usage of foreign stallions in Czech Warmblood breeding is common. It is importatnt, for breeders to be familiar with performance testing of foreign breeds. Therefore short description of stallion performence testing across Europe is included in thesis.
Tool for performance testing of web services
Viterna, David ; Šlajchrt, Zbyněk (advisor) ; Pecinovský, Rudolf (referee)
The work deals with the issue of performance tests of web servers, comparing available, free-to-use tools, design their own solution to the problem, its analysis and subsequent implementation. The resulting program is programmed in Java and uses a simple graphical user interface for easy and quick navigation with the option to display the resulting data in a graph. The application allows the user to test the selected web server using an adjustable number of connections with clients virtual connections and delays including advanced settings from headers to the actual JavaScript tests. The result of the test can be a simple overview of all connected together, including statistical data, or a view of individual tests and their representation in the chart. The work contains user documentation and source code.
Load testing of web applications
Jáchym, Jakub ; Mittner, Jan (advisor) ; Buchalcevová, Alena (referee)
This thesis deals with a load testing of web applications. The text is introduced with a definition of the load testing, reasons for its execution and a description of its types. Recommended procedures are provided for preparation, execution and evaluation of the testing. Several commercial and open-source load testing tools are described. Cloud testing -- the contemporary phenomenon -- is also included. The entire process of load testing depicted in this text is demonstrated on a selected application. A following chapter briefly deals with a profiling of web applications. It, again, covers its definition and its purpose, accompanied with a practical example. The aim of this thesis is to introduce the reader to the world of load testing, which is primarily accomplished by describing an example, which provides an in-depth explanation for every step necessary in order to perform the web application testing successfully.
