This paper deals with the evaluation of technological lines for harvest and processing straw into straw pellets intended for heating. The theoretical part includes familiarization with the environment and the company both a historical overview and current status of the company. Then I went on familiarization with the machines used for harvesting and production. Then I focused on computational part where I outlined the cost per tonne of pellets.

This work deals with the design and check out of the machine line for energetic-usable straw treatment. Theoretic part contains characteristics of straw properties and production. Also contains straw harvesting, means of harvest and tools and basic pellet producing technological processes. Practical part of work contains machine line design for the straw treatment. As the next draft is the other machine line meant. It is private line of Mr. Karel Šedivec, which is situated in Lomnice nad Lužnicí. Next target is the economic evaluation of the machine lines for straw pellets treatment.

This thesis presents an overview of fodder processing machinery lines for energy purposes. The theoretical part describes general concepts such as biomass and mechanical lines. Additionally, briquetting and pelletizing presses are outlined here. The practical part describes selected mechanical lines to harvest fodder (straw, hay) for the manufacture of molded fuel. This section also contains an overview of machine lines for the production of molded fuel (pellets, briquettes) for subjects of various sizes. Lines are accompanied by technical parameters and the cost of individual machines.
Technological and economical aspects of production of fytomas pellets for burning

The main aim of this thesis is to evaluate the production of pellets from phytomass form combustion from the technological point of view. The work introduces pellets as a renewable source with regard to the environmental protection and the advantages and disadvantages of their usage. Pellets are fuel made out from biomass. As a specific example studied in this work is the evaluation of production in pelletizing line in Březnice, Příbram. There is also evaluated the economical point of production of pellets, comparison of market price and the cost of production, the cost of technology, raw materials and other related investments. Technologies and manufactured materials are then compared with other types of pellets production.
