Výkrm býků plemene Aberdeen Angus na ekologické farmě

Documentation and results analyzing of Aberdeen Angus bulls fattening on ecological farm which is situated in region Šumava at the Czech-German border. The research was done in the period of years 2011-2014. There was noted carcass weight, fattening period, slaughter weight, average daily gain and net gain. The results were compared acc. to the years and to the period of the birth.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the tradition of Alpine dairy farming in Slovakia, which has been developing since the 15th or 16th century due to the influence of the Wallachian colonization. The individual chapters of the thesis discuss the cycle of the traditional shepherd's work during the year, the seasonal work during the warm part of the year and also the daily routine and its organization as well as the material culture of the shepherds including their architecture and their diet. The historical passages of the thesis outline the development of the Alpine dairy farming society and the ways in which it works. We also take heed of the individual shepherds within this scope, detailing their professional hierarchy and job description, from the chief shepherd to the lowest-ranking member of their society.

The graduated thesis is described the characteristic of a permanent grass vegetations, analysis of the scale of production a pasturage in chosen establishment and identification with a technological line for harvest and conservation pasturage. Next describe size of a store, land steep a traffic distance. This thesis describes measuring procedure in order to location of engineering characteristics, consumption of fuels and financial evaluation of all operation in the end.
