This work deals with the evaluation of the natural and cultural monuments in the city of Brno-Bystrc. It summarizes the basic knowledge about the history, geology, soil conditions, climate, flora and fauna. The practical part of the thesis is the processing of the survey, which is focused on finding information about the natural and cultural monuments and capture suggestions for improvement. Further work is part of a proposal to build cycleway in the investigated area.

Creation a draft plan of care for the site Kamenec in the Novohradské mountains

This bacherlor thesis deals with the processing plan of care for the area Kamenec in the Novohradské mountains, which we found about 3 kilometers from the village Pohoří na Šumavě and approximately 400 meters from the Austrian border. In this area we can find elements of both alive and ananimate elements of nature that formed frost weathering. This phenomenon is unique to this location more than typical. The work is divided into two parts. The first of these units is dedicated to the physical-geographical characteristics of the area (geology, geomofphology, climate, hydrology, soil science, biogeography and nature protection). The second part focuses on the declaration of Natural monument Kamenec. An integral part of this thesis are also map outputs, photographic and other attachments.

Srovnání ekologické situace vybraných krajinných prvků a geomorfologických dominant jižní Moravy

The diploma thesis deals with comparison of the ecological situation in the national natural monument "Stránská skála", Sites of Community Importance "Jižní svahy Hádů" and natural park "Výhon". All the three localities are associated with sedimentary limestone bedrock, similar geological and historical evolution. Furthermore, the diploma's thesis deals with the anthropogenic problems on the selected locations and there is preliminary evaluated degree of landscape degradation in the historical context. Geological and pedological data of representative samples from all the localities are interpreted in chapter results and discussion.

Identifikace negativních vlivů působících na přírodní památku Pahorek

Small natural sights in agricultural landscapes are threatened by a number of factors. To protect them you need to identify negative factors that influence them. Natural Monument Hill in the cadastral Bindings Vyškova is used as extensive pasture protected because of rare species of thermophilic plants. The area measurements were taken basal soil respiration, soil organic matter content in the soil by burning a number of moving forms of nitrogen in the soil. Contamination of the nitrogen from external sources has not been established, there have been differences in the content of organic matter in the soil, caused by the truth, like the management of the territory. Measurement of basal respiration showed dependency on the content of water in the soil during the vegetation period. The result of survey sites and outputs from laboratory measurements should be advised to head better care settings management of protected areas and improve its condition.

Biotopové mapování NPP Skalická Morávka jako podklad pro monitoring regenerace křídlatky po plošném zásahu herbicidem

Jaroslav Blahuta: Habitat mapping NPP Skalická Morávka as a basis for monitoring regeneration Reynoutria spp. printed after the intervention of the herbicide. The aim of this thesis was to map the habitats of the Catalogue of habitats (Culek et al., 2010) in the NPP Skalická Morávka and their level of invasion Reynoutria spp. as a basis for monitoring areal intervention herbicide. NPP is the subject of the protection of the natural stretch of the river Morávka in gravel sediments with their characteristic communities. These communities are bound occurrence of rare and endangered species (for example Myricaria germanica). Territory NPP was interspersed with square nets (50 x 50 m), which contained 454 nodes. At every point was made simplified the occurrence and registration of a particular species, found coverage representativeness, degree of degradation and the presence of dead wood. Based on these characteristics was to characterize habitats with regard to the level of invasion of neophytes. Overall the 454 mapping points to characterize habitat 13 by the concept of Culek et al. (2010). The percentage of each habitat is as follows: L2.2 (54,75 %), L2.4 (0,66 %), L3.2 (3,09 %), K2.2 (11,92 %), M1.4 (0,22 %), M4.1 (9,27 %), M4.2 (0,22 %), X7A (5,52 %), X7B (10,82 %), X12A (0,66 %), X12B (0,22 %), V4B (2,21 %) and T1.1 (0,5%). The overall level of invasion NPP Reynoutria spp. is 61 %. The highest abundances reached in natural habitats L2.2 (61 %), K2.2 (55 %) and M1.4 (52 %). Invasion of Impatiens glandulifera is 26 %. The highest abundances stood near the river (habitat K2.2, M1.4 and X7B). In terms of representativeness was most often to characterize transitional habitats with 82.9 % of the mapping points. According to the degree of degradation was 22 % of the nodes proved negative factor (most often the occurrence of neophytes, or illegal dumps).Dead wood is found only 6 % of the territory. The work represents a good basis for future monitoring and management optimization.

The draft of the management plan for selected area

Velká Homolka (Great Homolka) Hill is located near the town of Vimperk in the south bohemian region of the Czech Republic. It is characterized by its predominantly southern exposure with the presence short-straw flat grassland communities with scattered bushes. The presence of important and protected species of insects and other animal groups assigned to this biotope is significant for this area. The territory is still not legally protected. A local NGO takes care of this site. It manages the area according to botanical and entomological surveys carried out in 2009. This work provides further description of the site in terms of different natural characteristics, provides a description of the results of (botanical, entomological, ornithological, etc.) surveys carried out for purposes of this work in 2013, and proposes a management plan that can serve as a basis for declaring this area as a SPAs according to the Czech legislation. Equally important significance of the plan is also the fact that it can serve as a guide how to manage this site properly and how to improve the state of the protected subject.

Creation of the plan of care for locality Vysoka in Novohradske mountains

The aim of this work is to implement a plan of care for the natural monument Vysoka - a proposal to publication, according to the methodology under No.M/100856/04, as amended. The introductory part is devoted the description of the literature and methodology. In next chapter the geophysical characteristics of Vysoká within the scope of Novohradské mountains is processed. The main part of this work is the plan of care. It defines the area of tne natural monument and its protective zone. It introduces and localizes cryogenic mesoforms which should be the object of the protection. The summary of restrictions and recommendations, which should contribute to the conservation monuments for the next generation, is the part of the work. Possibilities of a realization of the plan of care through operational programmes are the last part of this work. This thesis is supplemented by map attachments that were created using GIS. An integral part of this thesis is the photographic attachments.

Creation of the plan of care for locality Cikánský hill in Novohradske mountains

The aim of this thesis is to create a care plan for the natural monument Cikánský hill in Novohradské mountains according to the applicable methodology under ref M/100856/04, as amended. The introduction is dedicated to the description of literature and methodology. Second part is focused on the physiographic characteristics of Cikánský hill in terms of Novohradské mountains. In this part of thesis, the list and location of cryogenic mesoform which should be protected by the following means are shown. The last part is focused on the possibility of implementing the care plan itself. This work is complemented with maps attachments that are created with the help of GIS system. The thesis contains also photographic exhibits taken directly in the place.

Develop a plan of care about the Hradišťský vrch in Novohradské podhůří

The aim of this thesis was to develop a plan of care about the Hradišťský vrch site nearby the town Kaplice. Mainly local geomorphological features are included in the main protection zone. The first part of this thesis characterizes the physical and geographical features of Novohradské podhůří with an emphasis on Hradišťský vrch. The second part shows the plan of care about the natural monument Hradišťský vrch and its surrounding protective zone. Maps, photos and tables are attached to this thesis.
