The aim of my thesis is to analyze from the specific method of preparation of construction contracts from the position of Project Office. The desired output is processing and assessing the costs and performance needed in the area of design and engineering work. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, addresses the issue in general terms and in the practical applies to specific construction contract.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the preparation of construction contract. The first part of the thesis is theoretical and focuses on basic concepts of project management, project life cycle, planning of resources. In the practical part there is described contract for construction of pre-treatment of waste water. Result of this thesis is documentation design of development planning from the time, costs and contractualisation aspect.
