In situ ruminal degradation of organic matter of Trifolium pratense L.

Seven clover sampes (Trifolium pratense L.) were collected at three different miters I (n = 3), II (n = 3) and III (n = 1) during the growing season from 10th of May to 17th of August. The samples were analyzed for chemical composition, gross energy (BE) content, in vivo sheep digestibility of organic matter (KS OH) and gross energy (KS BE) and in situ rumen degradability of organic matter and neutral detergent fibre (NDF). The contents of ash, crude protein (NL), crude fibre (CF), NDF, acid detergent fibre (ADF), acid detergent lignin (ADL) and BE were significantly (P < 0,05) affected by the date of cutting time. The averaged values were for ash 119,2 g/kg of dry matter, NL 197,7 g/kg of dry matter, CF 214,1 g/kg of dry matter, NDF 400,7 g/kg of dry matter, ADF 296,2 g/kg of dry matter, ADL 73,8 g/kg of dry matter and BE 18,2 MJ/kg of dry matter. KS OH and KS BE generally decreased with higher dates of cutting time. On average KS OH and KS BE amounted 72,4 % and 70,2 %, respectively. The effective ruminal degradability of organic matter (EDOH) was in average 81,7 % for miter I, 79,7 % for miter II and 75,2 % for miter III. In situ organic matter degradability characteristics were in average 41,9 % for the immediately degradable (soluble) fraction (parameter a), 47,1 % for the potential degradable fraction (parameter b) and 0,105 h-1 for the fractional rate of degradation (parameter c). The effective ruminal degradability of NDF (EDNDF) also generally decreased (P < 0,05) with increasing date of cutting time with values of 63,0 % for miter I, 59,7 % for miter II and 51,6 % for miter III. Strong correlation (P < 0,05) was observed between the EDOH and EDNDF (r = 0,979).
Comparison of pick-up balers Pottinger, Rollprofi 3200 LSC and Krone KR 10-16S during the harvested production.

This bachelor work is focused on evaluation of round balers. It is about comparsion of machines from major producers of harvest equipment Krone and Pöttinger. The goal was to find out qualitative and quantitative differences between round baler Pöttinger Rollprofi 3200 LSC with fixed compression chamber and Krone KR 10-16s with variable compression chamber. It was evaluated performance, forage quality, cutting quality, the measure of copressibility and economic indicators. The result was a finding, that in terms of quality of work, both machines are comparable. The differences are in purchase costs of machines, as a result of higher fixed costs of pick-up baler Krone KR 10-16s. Next differences appears, when different diameters of bales are needed. Then a pick-up baler with variable compression chamber must be used.
Collector car use in the primary agricultural enterprise.

This thesis seeks to evaluate the use of collector cars from the needs and opportunities for agricultural operators, primary producers. These cars are becoming increasingly sophisticated, technically innovating and expanding their scope beyond the collection and use of cutting and hauling bulky materials from the chaff cutter. The work refers to the attitude of agriculture to this machine.
Pick-up truck Reviews Europrofi even with forage crop.

This thesis is focused on the evaluation of pick-up truck Europrofi even with forage harvesting. In this study we focused on the appraisal of the chaff collector car Europrofi even when harvesting wilted forage and green depending on the number of knives, sharpening knives and moisture harvested forage. Evaluation of performance indicators and exploitation pick-up truck Europrofi even wilted at harvest, dry and green fodder. Influence of the length of chopped forage quality. A simple analysis of investment and operating costs. From the results we have found that sharpening knives and moisture harvested crop has great influence on the length of the chaff harvested material. From results we find out, that a sharpened blade to harvest the green grass we passed 27.9% of the stalk longer than 91 mm. In contrast, wilted grass cutting with blunt knives passed 73.8% of the stalk longer than 91 mm. Operating performance pick-up truck went 6.38 t.hod-1 at harvest wet grass and forage crop wilted we found 6.84 t.hod-1. Total cost of kit I Pöttinger Europrofi and New Holland TS 115 per ton of material are 128.6 Kč.t-1. Length of cut is getting worse with more dry material to be cut and blunt knives, so it is necessary to ensure the right to change the sharpening of knives and blades at least every day.

Next describe size of a store, land steep a traffic distance. This thesis describes measuring procedure in order to location of engineering characteristics, consumption of fuels and financial evaluation of all operation in the end.
