The impact recognition of the modern organizational architecture on the business processes

Today?s dynamic world is full of changing. Companies which wants to be succesfull must react on the changes on the market very quickly. The main changes must be concentrate in the district of the organization structure. The organization structure is the building stone of every company. The aim of this thesis was to propose the optimal organization structure and the evaluate effectiveness and the economic contribution of these proposals. The analysed company is ALFA join stock company.This company is a longtime manufacturer of kitchen doors and currently produces fire boards, particle boards and panels, floor panels, foiled boards, profiles and vermiculite expansion. STEP, SWOT and financial analysis were used for the analysing this company. The changes were realized in manufacturing sector, strategic purchasing sector and in commercial sector. The company reaches higher competitive advantage with these changes. Design changes in the organizational structure were projected on the basis of the organizational chart, organizational structure, operating rules and other internal sources.

Effect selected models of organizational structures on the company processes efficiency

The main changes must be concentrate in district of organization structure. Organization structure is building stone for every company. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to propose optimal organization structure and evaluate effectiveness and economic contribution of these proposals. The teoretical part of bachelor thesis is based on literary sources and the practical part deal with description of company. The analysed company was BETA join stock company. The company is focused on service activity and support our customers in comprehensive range of reverse logistic services. The main scope of the company is complex service in ITC area from repairs of ink and laser printers, digital cameras and navigations, till call centres, logistic and consultancy services. For analysis of company was used STEP and SWOT analysis. STEP anlysis analyse external environment and SWOT analysis analyse strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Then the changes were suggesst. The first change was in production and sales department and the second change was suggest in management of these company. The company reaches higher competitive advantage with these changes.

Effect estimation of organizational architecture production to enterprise competitiveness

The aim of diploma work with the topic {\clqq}Effect estimation of organizational architecture production to enterprise competitiveness`` was to suggest optimal organizational architecture for a chosen business subject. Organizational architecture is fundamental for every company which wants to be successful in both Czech and world markets. The introductory part of the diploma work contains of survey of theoretical knowledge from the sphere of organizational architecture. Basic source were books and magazines deal with modern trends in the sphere of organizational architecture and its regulation. In literature search are mentioned key cognisances and statements of well-known authors from the sphere of organizational architecture. The second part deals with detailed description and analysis of company ALPLA limited liability company Petrovice and its present organizational architecture. The main source of information were controlled talks with employees of company. Further the information was gathered from provided internal documents and from other intradepartmental documents, directions, statistical data, annual reports etc. In the conclusive part there are proposed certain steps pointing optimal organizational architecture of a chosen business subject and their positive economic impact upon an analysed company.

The influence of migration on the drug scene in the Czech republic

This paper deals with the influence of migration on the drug situation in the Czech Republic. The main reason for choosing this topic was the effort to compile, at least partially, from a practical and an immediate point of view, a relatively complicated matter of contemporary drug background, concerning ethnic groups living in the Czech Republic. The paper focuses on gradual characterization of these groups in the area of organized drug criminality in the Czech Republic since 1989. It describes ways of illegal drug import into the Czech Republic and the concern of Czech citizens in this criminal activity. The majority of information concerning specific ways of committing criminal activity and current situation of selected ethnic groups{\crq} criminality in this paper is taken from statistic data of the Czech Police, the Czech Board of Customs and the Czech Anti-Drug Squad{\crq}s annual reports. The research was carried out by means of quantitative method, while the results were compared with the above mentioned publications{\crq} data. The aim of this paper is to point out the engagement of foreign nationals and also ethnic groups living in the Czech Republic in illegal drug sale. Another aim is to compare the concern of Czech citizens and foreign nationals in this criminal activity and to find out how the drug criminality beating reflects itself on the price of drugs. In the first chapter of this paper, information concerning selected ethnic groups engaged in illegal drug sale in the Czech Republic are stated. The major part is dedicated to persons of Vietnamese and Romany nationality. This chapter draws upon specialized publications; it also contains paraphrases on particular publications. At the close of the chapter, specific characteristics of illegal drug sale according to particular types of drugs are described. The research includes tables comparing drug delinquency in perpetrators of Czech nationality and foreign nationals. National minority distribution, number of criminal acts concerning drugs in both groups of perpetrators, and concern of ethnic groups and foreign nationals in organized criminal activity are mentioned as well. Results of the research are stated at the close of the bachelor paper. They are in compliance with set hypotheses and met the aim of this paper because it has been proven in what way foreign nationals and national minorities living in the Czech Republic are engaged in drug criminality.
