In the empire part, I analyzed the physical activity using the pedometer Yamax Digiwalker SW-700 and the quality of fitness using the Indares battery tests. The results were analyzed and compared according to physical activity reccomendation and other researchs. It has not been proven that the activity of adolescents is somehow strongly connected with their fitness. On the other hand big differences between pupils were confirmed. More than 3 of pupils comply with the recommended activity, but no more than 1 of participants passed 3 and more fitness tests.
