Thioglykolová kyselina jako on-line předredukční činidlo pro speciační analýzu arsenu pomocí metody selektivního generování hydridů s kolekcí vymrazováním a atomovou absorpční spektrometrií

This work represents an improvement of current method of speciation analysis for determination of tri- and pentavalent inorganic, mono-, di-, and trimethylated arsenicals using atomic absorption spectrometry as a detector. Presented study shows that thioglycolic acid is suitable for an on-line pre-reduction which simplifies sample pretreatment and increases sample throughput.
