	Aktuální stav ekologického zemědělství ve vybraném regionu Olomouckého kraje - okres Jeseník Pražák, Daniel This bachelor thesis provides an overview of organic farming, its importance, specifics and development. Part of the thesis mentions the history of agriculture in the Czech Republic. More specifically, the conditions for agricultural production in the Olomouc Region are specified, especially in relation to natural conditions. The thesis also maps the current state of organic farming in the districts of the Olomouc Region based on research in the publicly available database of the Ministry of Agriculture, i.e. the Register of Organic Entrepreneurs. A comparison of the number of subjects, the area of organic farming and other aspects between the districts is made. The situation in the Jeseník district is analysed in more detail, where two entities were subsequently selected and the distribution routes of their products were mapped. This thesis deals with the work market in the Jeseník area and its deformations according to specific groups of inhabitants in the local environment which is characteristic for its employment sectors. The goal of this thesis is to analyze these groups and their influence on the unemployment. Specific groups of inhabitants have been identified and highlighted especially those who present a risk for the district. The thesis compares the situation at place mainly with the neighboring districts and the average values in The Czech Republic.
