Výskyt Drosophila suzukii v ekologicky vedené vinici
Kadubec, Martin
Drosophila suzukii is an invasive pest that poses a major threat to the world's viticulture and wine industry. The first occurrence in Europe dated back to 2008. Thanks to climate change, this pest is now spreading to colder areas where conditions were not suitable before. The Czech Republic is a typical example. The aim of this study was to evaluate the susceptibility of individual grapevine varieties to the pest Drosophila suzukii under Czech conditions. The experiment was carried out in the south-eastern part of the country, specifically in the Slovácko wine subregion. Observations were carried out on 5 varieties, namely Riesling, Tramin red, Hibernal, Solaris and Svatovavrinec. Observations were carried out over a period of six weeks, during which time a total of 12 samples were taken on each variety. The evaluation took place in 2022 in the months of September and October. Furthermore, these results were statistically evaluated by variance analysis. The varieties with the highest incidence of Drosophila suzukii were Hibernal and Solaris, while the variety with the lowest incidence was Riesling.
Změny látkových složek během zrání hroznů révy vinné
Seifert, Lukáš
This Diploma thesis was focused on the study of changes in the berry components during the ripening of the grape. Four vine varieties, Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon, Grüner Veltliner, and Riesling were subjected to the investigation. Grapes were collected on four dates. The following parameters were evaluated during maturation: the weight of 10 berries, the soluble solids content, the titratable acid content and the penetration strength of the berry. From the parameters of soluble solids, titratable acids content and berry strength, the maturity index for individual varieties was calculated at the given collection date. All varieties were monitored for the development of set parameters over time and the difference between the different grape varieties. The observed varieties showed an increase in the soluble solids content during the ripening of the grapes.

Benešovský, Jan
This bachelor thesis has been developed at the Faculty of Horticulture Mendel University in Brno, at the Institute of viticulture and winemaking in Lednice. The work is focused on the comprehensive evaluation of the vineyards tracks in the village Šardice and is divided into a number of points that begin the wine-growing regions Moravia. Followed by the history and present of wineries and vineyard tracks in the village Šardice. Followed by the selection of habitats and conditions for the vine with the main focus on the land in connection with tracks tracks. Further are described the widely grown varieties and varieties that are grown in the village Šardice. These varieties are further recommended to the vineyard tracks. The following is a description of rootstocks. In the last point are the qualitative parameters of the varieties of Müller Thurgau on the selected vineyard lines at harvest 2016.
