Biodegradabilní materiály a jejich vliv na proces kompostování
Karhánková, Iveta
The main aim of diploma thesis is to evaluate the economic effect of undecomposed biodegradable plastic packaging to the composting process. The operational objective is to characterize of biodegradable plastics packaging. We will find here resolution of biodegradable packaging, what they are made of and what can be produced from them. The theoretical part of this work also outlines a normative environment associated with biodegradable plastics and waste and describes the composting process. Following the practical part which evaluates cost and revenue relationships of processing biodegradable plastics in the compost plant and summarizes the economic efficiency of composting and also the additional costs originated from composting incorrectly marked bioplastics. The last part of the work solves the socio-economic benefits of biodegradable plastics for production of packaging. The methodology of work is consists of a theoretical overview of the mentioned issues and practical results which consist of an experiment at a compost plant and calculation of the composting process including and excluding biodegradable plastics. Analysis of packaging technologies for packaging soft drinks
NOVÁK, Martin
The main objective of this thesis is an analysis of packaging technologies for packaging of soft drinks from aspect of suitability of logistics operations, logistics costs, respecting the customer's needs and the impact on the environment. Secondary objective will be the formulation of the critical factors determining the current packaging technology in the beverage industry in order to be able to propose measures to ensure the optimization of producing and packaging soft drinks. Results of the thesis came to the fact, that it would be appropriate to create a completely new system of producing and packaging soft beverages. Beverage itself would be produced by postmix technology. The postmix device would be placed directly into the markets. The customers will have the possibility to choose to use their own bottle or bottle provided from the selling machine attached to the postmix device. This means that the bottle will be used more times and the final price of the product will decrease. The customer will pay only for beverage itself not for the bottle, which costs make more than 3 times more than own beverage. Using this technology is mainly suitable for newly incoming sellers, which do need to gain an market advantage and also decrease the starting costs.
