Reakce cílových a necílových druhů na feromony motýlů v arboretu Mendelovy univerzity v Brně
Pražanová, Žaneta
In 2017, pheromone traps were monitored for observed of the target and non-target species in the Mendel University Arboretum and Újezd u Černé Hory. Pheromones were used from Propher s.r.o. Pheromones for Grapholita funebrana (Treitschke, 1835), Grapholita molesta (Busck, 1916) and Pandemis heparana (Denis & Schiffermüller, 1775) were used. Six pheromone traps of the target species were hanged in the arboretum and three pheromone traps were hanged in the garden in Újezd u Černé Hory. Of the target species were found Grapholita funebrana and Grapholita molesta. Grapholita funebrana was found on both study areas. The Pandemis heparana was not recorded. The 10 non-target species have also been recorded: Cnephasia stephensiana (Doubleday, 1849); Epiblema cirsiana (Zeller, 1843); Pammene spiniana (Duponchel, 1843); Pammene suspectana (Lienig & Zeller, 1846); Pammene gallicolana (Lienig & Zeller, 1846); Tortrix viridana (Linnaeus, 1758); Oegoconia novimundi (Busck, 1915); Yponomeuta malinellus (Zeller, 1838); Crassa unitella (Hübner, 1796) and Argiresthia trifasciata (Staudinger, 1871). In the traps were recorded 270 individuals non-target species. The most attractive pheromone for non-target species was the pheromone for Grapholita molesta. The pheromone for Grapholita molesta was the most attractive pheromone for non-target species. In traps were recorded the pheromone of Grapholita molesta with 181 individuals of 7 non-target species. In traps were recorded the pheromone of Grapholita funebrana with 83 individuals of 7 non-target species. Six individuals of 3 non-target species were recorded in pheromone traps with pheromone for Pandemis heparana.
Zhodnocení atraktivity syntetických feromonů od různých výrobců pro vybrané druhy obalečů (Tortricidae)
Jakubíková, Klára
Monitoring of tortricid species Cydia pomonella, Grapholita molesta, G. funebrana, G. janthinana, G. lobarzewskii, and Pandemis heparana was executed in the cadastre of Zlámanec (Zlín region) from year 2013 to 2015. Investigated areas were orchards, shrubbery biotopes and forest edges. Pheromones distributed by different producers were compared too. Data of known pests was equal as data from previous researches. Numbers of G. molesta declined within a few years and the highest abundance of this species was registered in orchards. G. janthinana was found in shrubberies, whereas the higher occurrence of G. lobarzewskii was executed in orchards. P. heparana was not caught. 20 non-target species of Tortricidae was also registered. Cacoecimorpha pronubana was caught for the first time in outdoor biotopes of the Czech Republic, and Oegoconia novimundi was caught in unusually high numbers of specimens. Comparison of pheromones showed that the lures for G. funebrana by Pherobank were more efficient, whereas those for G. molesta by Propher s.r.o. functioned better.
Účinnost syntetických feromonů na obaleče na ovocných dřevinách a jejich atraktivita pro necílové druhy
Komínková, Jana
A research of occurrence of leafrollers harm in fruit trees was realized in the period of years 2014 and 2015 in the Bohemian-Moravian highlands. There were installed 22 pheromones catches at different places. Five target species of leafrollers were studied: Grapholita funebrana, Grapholita molesta, Grapholita janthinana, Grapholita lobarzewskii and Pandemis heparana. Pandemis heparana was observed only in year 2015. All target species were found, besides Pandemis heparana. In pheromones traps there were found also many nontarged species of butterflies. Most of them were from family Tortricidae. Other species were from families Erebidae, Gelechiidae, Gracillariidae, Noctuidae and Zygaenidae. The part of results from 2013th were used also. Efficacy of pheromones by two competitive companies was also compared during the research. There was evaluated also flight activity of target species depending on temperature.
