Transgression agenda in practice of administrative authorities

This dissertation deals with issues of offence proceedings. Besides of giving definition of individual terms and basic legal regulations relating to the theme, what is demonstrated in several case studies, this work deal with problems found during offence proceeding in practise. This work analyses the bill about responsibility for offences and their proceeding, currently found in a legislative trial. The bill is evaluated with respect to its achievable practical realisation. A part of the work deals with a long time discussed Register of offences, that will be established with effect from 1. 10. 2016. In the end the work contains an evaluation of the situation in the area of administrative penalization. The result of the current legal regulation it is the fact that some provisions are regulated by the Act of offences and by the same way also in the administrative procedure, and thus unnecessarily some provisions also set unreasonable procedural deviations. In connection with mentioned reasons it would be sufficient to remove the senseless deviations of the administrative procedure from the offence proceeding and further to give precision those provisions that are found as controversial in practise and it is necessary to infer them from the judicial proceeding. The own proposal of the solution is not to approve a new responsibility for offence law in wording as it was submitted for approval to the Chamber of Deputies because it will cause chaos into the administrative penalization.

Analysis of Social and Economic Development of the Municipality Jindřichův Hradec

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the social and economic development of the South Bohemian town Jindřichův Hradec. Thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is focused on the development of regions, regional policy, settlement theory and municipality development. In empirical part of thesis the town Jindřichův Hradec is characterised, and then the analysis of following social and economic indicators is made: population, economy, transport and technical infrastructure, social facilities and environment. Results of this analysis are used as basis for SWOT analysis, which shows strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the town. Based on this analysis the thesis evaluates whether town provides favourable conditions for the life of citizens and then future areas of development are suggested.

Direct democracy in Municipalities. Case study of Municipal District Prague 3

Bachelor thesis focuses on the use of direct democracy in municipalities in the Czech Republic. The research was focused on the municipal district Prague 3 and the local referendum in 2014. The first part covers the theoretical basis of direct democracy and individual forms of direct democracy which are listed and defined. The important part is the legislative confirmation of these forms in the legal code of the Czech Republic.. The second part is a case study of Prague 3. Municipal district is specified by using demographic and socioeconomic indicators that have been chosen for outlining the conditions before and after a local referendum. The referendum was initiated by the municipal council, despite the fact that the original initiative came from the ranks of citizens. Part of the case study is the description of the causes, course and results of the referendum.

Návrh integrované strategie cestovního ruchu pro vybrané území

focusing on programming period 2007-2013 and comparison with the period 2014-2020. Within these sections, attention is focused on the functioning of local groupings especially of local action groups and their funding opportunities for development (Leader, etc.). Furtermore thesis speaks about "LAG Kyjovské Slovácko v pohybu" and its potential in tourism. This section serves as background material for understanding and following the practical part. In the second part thesis deals with the comparison of the views of interested persons of the local action group, affecting communication bottlenecks of the local subjects and proposals for tourism development.

This thesis is elaborated on the theme "Analysis of options advantage of citizens in the management of plastic waste in the form of a feasibility study." The first part focuses on explaining the basic concepts related to this issue. It describes and explains concepts such as project management, project life cycle and project phases, project management. It is focused on the theoretical basis for the feasibility study and the characteristics of the waste management in the Czech Republic. In the practical part of the feasibility study according to UNIDO methodology, is structured as follows: Executive summary of the study results, Human resources, Business environment, Localization and environmental aspects, Market analysis and marketing concept, Requirements for inputs and equipment, Organization and Management, Implementation Project and finally, Financial and economic feasibility.

In my bachelor thesis I focus on the communication between the municipality and the citizen which is solved by using modern information technologies in the frame of computerization of the government. I present already used news in this field and I try to find the optimal solution of the used and new technologies to bring effectiveness in the communication between the municipality and the citizen in my thesis.

Communication Strategies of Municipalities of the Third Grade

The aim of this thesis is to assess the present communication strategy of the Prague 8th municipal district and the relevant data collected in the questionnaire in order to recommend a set of amendments. Following methods were used in the thesis: synthesis, description, analysis and a field research. The theoretical part provides definitions of basic concepts connected to the subject of this research, practical part provides the assessment of a current communication strategy of the municipal district Prague 8th. The thesis includes a custom designed questionnaire the outcomes of which will help to answer the research question, will verify or refute the hypotheses posed in this research, and will facilitate amendments to the present communication strategy.

eGovernment of the Czech Republic from a citizen's perspective

This master thesis focuses on an evaluation of eGovernment of the Czech Republic from a citizen's perspective. The main goals of this thesis are to give an overview of services provided by the government to citizens in electronic way, to evaluate Czech eGovernment in comparison to foreign countries and to explore the relationship between Czech citizens and eGovernment. The goals will be accomplished by the research of literature resources concerning Czech eGovernment and by analysis of international studies which evaluate eGovernment from a global, world-wide, point of view. The relationship between citizens and eGovernment of the Czech Republic will be explored via a questionnaire survey, within which citizens' satisfaction with particular services, broadness and frequency of usage of eGovernment services will be examined, along with the citizens' opinion on innovations, which could be introduced in Czech eGovernment. The theoretical part of this thesis is comprised of an overview of Czech eGovernment services, followed by an evaluation of Czech eGoverment in relation to a number of foreign eGovernments. The questionnaire survey, together with the Czech eGovernment evaluation, and with the suggestions of innovations to be introduced in Czech Republic, forms the practical part of this thesis.
