The insurance of hardly acceptable and not acceptable people in life insurance and casualty insurance
DOMÍNOVÁ, Nicol
This bachelor thesis is divided in several parts one of which is a theoretical part. This theoretical part talks about the basic terms and definitions dealing with such a extensive and complex issues like the insurance industry and indemnity. There is a very numerous group of people that is hardly acceptable or not acceptable to the life insurance or casualty insurance due to their actual state of health. This two groups of people are important object for my bachelor thesis. In the practical part I work with plenty of statistic data of healthy, ill and seriously and gravely ill people of the district of České Budějovice. The aim of my bachelor work is to make a list of people belonging to the group of people hardly acceptable or not acceptable to the life or casualty insurance. The source of these results was particularly The General Health Insurance Company of the Czech Republic. The second aim of my bachelor thesis is to propose a new insurance product for these groups of people so that they could be accepted to life or casualty insurance. In that reason I´ve made some changes in the life and casualty insurance calculation. These changes have shown that people who are nowadays hardly accerptable to the insurance process or not acceptable at all due to their state of health could be accepted to the insurance without exclusions or any changes in the insurance amounts. These calculations have also shown that these people would pay more for the insurance which is based on determined life expectancy. On the other side they would pay less for the casualty insurance due to their lower rate of risk.
