Apartment building

This bachelor's thesis deals with project documentation for the construction of an apartment house in Přelouč. The proposed building has four floors, no basement with 15 residential units, technical facilities and 14 individual garages. Vertical load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures are designed from Porotherm ceramic blocks. The perimeter masonry is contact insulated with facade expanded polystyrene and plastered with a thin layer of gray and white plaster. The fillings of the openings are plastic windows, including plastic entrance doors with a side skylight. Horizontal structures form monolithic reinforced concrete slabs reinforced unidirectionally or in both directions. The roof of the building consists of a flat roof with a vegetation layer. The apartment building is based on simple concrete foundation strips. The building is designed regarding the existing surrounding housing development. Part of the bachelor's thesis is also a basic assessment in terms of building physics and fire safety solutions.

The house is based on the underlying strip of plain concrete and walled building system Heluz. The roof of the second floor is shed with a slope of 7 %. Roofing is skived Lindab Click metal. The aim of the project is a new building of a family house in the cadastral area Bratčice, South Moravian Region. The house is in the row of existing development. It is designed for a family of four. The building has no basement and two floors. On the first floor there is an entrance, garage and main day area. On the second floor there is a bedrooms, work room and utility room. The building is designed mainly in wall system of Porotherm. There is a shed roof with a dormer and flat roof. The facade is designed as an external thermal insulation composite system or as a ventilated facade.

In the bachelor´s thesis there is designed new building for habitation with tooth surgery. House is located in the town of Cerveny Kostelec, street Lánská on plot No 1007/14. The building has two floors, has not a basement and has flat roof. The building is designed by Heluz system, whole house is insulated with external thermal insulation composite system. In the first floor there is tooth surgery and living area. In the second floor there is only living area. The right side is connected to the building garage. The project itself is processed in ArchiCAD 14.

Bachelor thesis project solves a family semi-attached house in flat terrain. Terraced house is located on the ground number 1646/302 in the city Havlíčkův Brod, district Horní Žižkov. Built-up area of the house is 104,73m2. The building has two above-ground floors, no basement. The house is designed for four to five people, the rooms are oriented mainly towards the south, part of the house is a garage. Outer and interior bearing walls are designed from the shuttering of the company Velox, interior partitions are made of plasterboard. Ceilings are created from ceiling beams and formwork liners Velox. Terraced house has a saddle roof, roof slope is 15°. Exterior doors and windows are plastic from the company Vekra. Also includes is a seminar paper on the topic of heat pumps in family houses.
