This diploma thesis „Kindergarten in Pustiměř“ is processed in the form design documentation for the construction. The building is situated in west part village Pustiměř on the slightly sloping land. Horizontally building corresponds approximately L – shaped, where one site has a two floors and another site has one floor. It is a masonry building, without a basement and with a flat roof. The project will also include the parking lots and pavements. Kindergarten consists of three departments, each with capacity of 20 children. The building also has economy section, section lead and section for a speech therapy and classroom language.
Apartment building

This bachelor's thesis deals with project documentation for the construction of an apartment house in Přelouč. The proposed building has four floors, no basement with 15 residential units, technical facilities and 14 individual garages. Vertical load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures are designed from Porotherm ceramic blocks. The perimeter masonry is contact insulated with facade expanded polystyrene and plastered with a thin layer of gray and white plaster. The fillings of the openings are plastic windows, including plastic entrance doors with a side skylight. Horizontal structures form monolithic reinforced concrete slabs reinforced unidirectionally or in both directions. The roof of the building consists of a flat roof with a vegetation layer. The apartment building is based on simple concrete foundation strips. The building is designed regarding the existing surrounding housing development. Part of the bachelor's thesis is also a basic assessment in terms of building physics and fire safety solutions.

The subject of my thesis is the design mountain guesthouse with a wellness centre, which is located in the village of Mala Morávka, at the level of documentation for construction. The new building is located in the cadastre unit Karlov pod Pradědem. This is a two floors, slab-building L-shaped with separate parking for visitors of boarding house and wellness centre. The structural system is composed of ceramic blocks Porotherm and reinforced concrete joist floor. Roof structure is made up of wooden trusses girders saddle shape. Design of mountain guesthouse with wellness centre respects the territorial plan of the village of Malá Morávka.

The project processes technical documentation of a detached family house with design office in the newly pulled over territory. The building is located in Svetla nad Sázavou on the outskirts of the town. The building has two floors and no basement. In the first floor there is the workshop - design office designed for the homeowner. The house has a garage with parking for one car. The house is based on the underlying strip of plain concrete and walled building system Heluz. The roof of the second floor is shed with a slope of 7 %. Roofing is skived Lindab Click metal. The aim of my thesis was a proposal of new built family house. The house will be located in the land in Třebenice on plot No. 303/1. There is no cellar in the house, but there are two main storey, the second storey is a habitable attic. It has a gable roof. The Ytong system was used for the construction proposal of the house.

The aim of the Bachelor’s thesis is the project of apartement building with outdoor parking in Humpolec, U Sokolovny street on plot no. 426/13. The plot is slightly sloping. The apartement building is not a basement and has six above-ground floors. The building has twenty dwelling units. The supporting perimeter wall of the above-ground part of the project consists of ceramic blocks Porotherm. All building is insulated with ETICS contact insulation system. Floor structure is made from reinforced concrete slab. The roof is hipped with dormers and burnt roofing. The outdoor parking consists of twenty seven parking spaces, two of which are barrier-free for people with reduced mobility.
