NON-DESTRUCTIVE RESEARCH OF MILITARY CAMPS FROM THE END OF THE SECOND WORLD WAR IN SOUTH BOHEMIA EASTWARDS FROM THE DEMARCATION LINE

This thesis provides a study of military camps from the end of World War II and more closely represents several selected locations in South Bohemia. The work explores these sites from a historical and archaeological point of view. For detailed documentation was selected an area near the town of Nová Bystřice (Jindřichův Hradec). On this area were aplied nondestructive archaeological methods, also, a part of the work is an attempt to create a typology of the remains of the military objects that are located on the site of the camp.
