Stabilita individuálních rozdílů v chování u rypošů lysých
MARKOVÁ, Michaela
The study of animal personality has received an increased attention in scientific literature. The repeatability of behavior in time or context represents the main principle in personality research. In subteranean rodents, the stable individual differences in behavior have not been studied. The aim of this work was to evaluate the repeatability of behavior in naked mole rats (Heterocephalus glaber) measured in two experimental tests at two time points. The repeatability of all 11 behavioral variables was evaluated as significantly repeatable.
Age-associated changes of transposable elements activity in the oocytes and differences in their content across mammalian genomes.
BĂDICI, Marco Constantin
Analysis of expression and DNA methylation of retrotransposons in single oocyte datasets from reproductive young and aged mouse females with the aim to assess the association between aging and altered activity of retrotransposons. Estimation of genomic transposon content in selected mammalian species using genome assembly-independent approach.
