In the analytical part outlines the financial plan and timetable, which is among an integral part of the business plan.

ANALYSIS OF SERVICES SUPPLY AND DEMEND IN THE CHOSEN AREA

This bachelor thesis deals with problems of services. It analyses the interdependence between demand and supply services in Příbram region. Two different interviews were used to get some information about supply and demand services in that locality. At first the interview was applied in Milín (a village, 2079 inhabitants) and then in Příbram (a city, 35 147inhabitants). The principal aim of this bachelor thesis is how to use obtained data for the portfolio establishment efficiently. Then it should find out which services are missing in that locality. The aim was fulfilled. Research results illustrated that inhabitants complain about a lack of the first-rate medical care, hobby markets and sport activities in the city. On the contrary, there should be more investment in shop and automatic teller machine building in the village. It is very complicated to compare the possibilities in a city and in a village. Generally we can state that services and their supply are growing.

Product offer innovation of tourism in Táborsko

Topic of my bachelor thesis was offer product specification in region Táborsko, analysis of product device of ZOO Tábor Větrovy and comparison with competitive devices. From the questionnaire, which was about satisfaction of zoo customers and my own observation i made date synthesis. Results based on analysis had been suggest innovations of product in zoo. These suggestions became the basis for management interview.

Hidden potential supply hipotourism products in south Bohemia

This bachelor thesis dealt with the range of horse tourism products in southern Bohemia and looked for possible insufficiencies in their supply. Thus, main goal of the thesis was to find and define hidden potential in hipotourism activities and find idle opportunities of hipotourism products in local tourism industry. Secondary aim was the definition of profiling typical horse tourism products and possibilities in their reali-zation and innovation, which would lead to improvement of provided services.
