The bachelor's thesis is processed on topic „Specification interception and reporting of fixes assests in the selected accounting unit“. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of selected accounting unit and fixed assets. The practical part is focused on a specific community and its established allowance organization, which was passed assets by loan for a management. On the based on analysis of the actual state is prepared proposal of correct records of this assets at founder and allowance organization.

Evaluation of the Economy of the Town Holice

This thesis solves the economic issues of a small town, Holice. The first part focuses on the theory which deals with the division of local governments, management of the town and the formation of its budget. The second part reviews the municipal management using selected analytical methods over a 4 year period from 2012 to 2015. The third and final part offers up suggestions on how to improve the economics of Holice.

Initially, it concerns theoretical treatment of municipality matters, budgetary system and the budget as such. The next part describes basic characteristics of the municipality of Želešice and examines its economy. The last part is focused on the budget proposal.

The Proposal for Improvement of the Economic Situation of the Municipality Nové Sedlice

The main topic of the Diploma Thesis is Accountancy of towns and villages. Specifically, it focuses on improving the management of the municipality Nové Sedlice. The aim of this work is to define basic terms and relations associated to the budget topics of the village. Individual chapters focus on municipal budget and income & expenditure, and point out some of the basic patterns and relationships between them. The Thesis also examines the development of individual items of the Income & Expenditure Budgets of 2009-2014, trying to find effects that influence the development of these items, and reveal whether there are any financial reserves in the budget which can be further used for community development.

Evaluation of the Economy of the Town Střelice

The bachelor’s thesis is devoted to explaining keynotes of the economy of the selected municipality. It deals with the evaluation of the economy of the town Střelice during period 2011-2014 and focuses on subsidy policy. The bachelor thesis contributes to gaining a more comprehensive insight into the methodology of financing of the planned investment and it can show the way how to obtain the funds that are needed for its implementation. First, it introduces the theoretical aspects of financing and subsequently analyses the possibility of obtaining funds from grant programmes to cover the costs of the particular investment project. The core objective of this thesis is to formulate proposals for taking measures that could lead to an improvement of the economic situation and in particular to the further development of the municipality.

This diploma thesis focuses on the EU structural funds and their utilization in the development of municipal infrastructure. The thesis starts by introducing the theoretical knowledge which is followed by analysis of the status quo. Finally, it elaborates concrete proposal for financing of large investment project in a small village. The results should help municipal council to realize the possibilities of municipal budget in the implementation of extensive investments and as the basis for decision making of the method of financing.

The first part contains theoretical findings of the given subject. It clarifies the work of the public municipal units, describes the composing public budgets and defines incomes and outgoings. The analytic part evaluates the economy of the municipality in the years 2011 – 2015 with the aid of analyses. In the last part I occupy myself with suggestions for improvement the economy of the municipality.
