Impact of selected forms of tourism on the development of the town of Příbram

This study deals with tourism in the town of Příbram. Its objective was to determine whether the development of Pribram is affected by tourism, particularly mining and religious tourism, whether religious and mining tourism are dominant forms of tourism and what are the benefits and future potential of mining and religious tourism to the town of Příbram. Another objective of the study was to observe possibilities of coordination in offer and promotion. To achieve these objectives, the study of literature, methods of questionnaire survey and structured interview were used. Results of the survey confirmed the influence of tourism in urban development, which has two dominant forms - religious and mining tourism.
