Apartment Building

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to design and develop project documentation at the construction implementation level for an apartment building. The subject of the bachelor's thesis was the appropriate use of structural, thermal-technical, and material solutions. It is a basement four-story apartment building of irregular shape, which contains a total of 13 apartment units, with each apartment unit assigned a basement storage room located in the basement part of the building. The building is founded on strip foundations and a base slab. The vertical load-bearing system of the above-ground floors consists of Therm-type ceramic blocks with a certified contact insulation system. The vertical load-bearing system in the basement floor is made using lost formwork blocks filled with concrete. Therm-type acoustic blocks are used for the internal load-bearing walls. Monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling slabs were designed as the ceiling structure. The apartment building is roofed with a single-layer flat green roof with a constant slope, which is prepared for the placement of photovoltaic panels to utilize alternative energy sources.
Fire station, Chrudim

The subject of the thesis is the elaboration of the design documentation for the execution of the fire station. The fire station building will be used for continuous performance of the fire protection units of the Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic for the Pardubice region. The proposed fire station building is divided into two operational units. The first part is administrative, two storey. The second part is the ground floor part of the garage stalls, service and car wash, along with the necessary warehouses. The two units are operationally linked. The construction system of the building is wall made of ceramic masonry in part of the administration, the roof structure is designed as a single-sheathed flat roof. The cladding is done from a certified contact cladding system. The second part of the object consists of a steel skeleton with truss ties. The sheathing, both horizontal and vertical, is made up of sandwich panels.
Apartment building in Brumov-Bylnice

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of a new apartment building in the town of Brumov-Bylnice. The apartment building is situated on a slightly sloping plot and is surrounded by housing estates. The building has three floors and is partially basement. In the apartment building there are 11 residential units with layouts of sizes 2+kk, 3+kk and 6+kk, which are located on the upper floors. In the basement there is a technical background of the building. The entrance to the building is possible from the west side. The construction system of the building is designed from ceramic blocks of the Therm type with a certified contact thermal insulation system ETICS. The horizontal load-bearing structures consist of a monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling slab. The house is based on simple concrete foundation strips. The roof structure is designed as a flat single-skin vegetation roof.
Apartment house U Jasanu

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of a new apartment building, located in Velké Meziříčí. The apartment building is designed as a detached house, set in a slanted terrain. The building has a basement with three floors. The entrance to the building is possible from the southern side. There is a total of 10 residential units in the apartment, spread from the 1st to the 3rd floor. In terms of size, the flats are a single room with a kitchenette (1+KK), two rooms with a kitchenette (2+KK) and three rooms with a kitchenette (3+KK). The building is in the shape of the letter T, with overhanging jetties located on the north-east and north-west side. On the south side, the residential units have balcony structures. The overall floor plan‘s dimensions of the apartment building are 24.12 x 11.92 metres. The apartment building is designed in Porotherm technology with contact insulation. The horizontal structures are designed as a reinforced-concrete-monolithic-ceiling structure. The roof of the apartment building is realised by using a non-walking vegetation flat roof. The color of the facade is white with shades of light grey in the overhanging structures and in the stairwell.
Construction technological project of a multifunctional house on Cihlářská Street in Brno

This diploma thesis deals with selected parts of the construction technology project of a multifunctional house in Brno on Cihlářská Street. Thesis contains a technical report, coordination situation and marking of transport routes of vehicles, time and financial plan of construction, study of the main technological stages of building, technical report of site equipment including drawing of site equipment, design of main construction machines including verification of bearing capacity and reach object, technology prescription and control and test plan for monolithic ceiling structure. The diploma thesis also includes selected LEED certification credits and a health and safety plan.
Integrated Call Centre Český Těšín, Preparation for Construction

The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of the construction and technological project for the new Integrované výjezdové centrum Český Těšín. In the proposed area, there will be the Fire and Rescue Service of the Moravian-Silesian Region – branch Český Těšín, Municipal Police Český Těšín, and the Police of the Czech Republic – district department and department of criminal police service and investigation. The diploma thesis is exclusively focused on the Fire and Rescue Service facility. The content of this thesis includes a technical report, a coordination situation of the construction with broader relations of traffic routes, a time and financial plan – object-oriented, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages of the construction object, a project of the construction site along with a calculation of construction site equipment costs, a proposal for the main construction machines and mechanisms, a time schedule, a plan for ensuring material resources for the rough construction, a technological specification for monolithic ceiling structures along with a drawing of ceiling formwork, a control and testing plan, and a budget for the completed building SO 01.
Multifunctional house

This master thesis deals with study of area, which is intended for construction of apartments building and public facilities. Four building are projected with visually connection by a covered parking place. There are three apartments building and one multifunctional building. The aim of this master thesis is elaboration of project documentation for the implementation of new multifunctional house in the area of the city Uherský Brod. In the first floor is designed café, which has its own entrance. In the second part of the floor is household equipment and utility room, which also has a separate entrance from outside. In the second to fourth floor is ten housing units of different sizes. The object is located on a gently sloping land in the northern part of Uherský Brod in the new city district called “Nad Zámkem”. Wall construction is designed from Porotherm elements. Ceiling construction is monolithic reinforced concrete. Roofing is solved by single-flat roof. The drawing part of this master thesis is processed in AutoCAD.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a new-build apartment building located in the town of Chrudim. The apartment building is designed as a detached. The building has three above ground floors and a partial basement. The entrance to the building is from the southeast side. There are 12 residential units in the apartment building, 4 units on each floor in sizes 1+KK, 2+KK and 3+KK. The flats on the second and third floors have a balcony facing either the southwest or northeastes. The apartment building is designed using Porotherm technology with a contact insulation system. The horizontal structures are designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling structure. The roofing is designed as walkable flat roof.
Construction Project for Implementation of Municipal Library in Slapanice

This thesis aims to formulate the construction technology project describing the municipal library in Šlapanice as a newly constructed building. The footprint plan of the designed object has the shape of the letter L. Part of the object facing towards the street serves for restaurant and cafe purposes, is single floored, and its roof is divided into two sections, starting with a gable roof followed by a flat roof. The building is located perpendicularly to the Riegrova street. The second part of the municipal library's building consists of two floors and is partially embedded in the slope. Its roof is divided into a gable roof and a flat roof as well. The purpose of this thesis is to develop a technical report on the construction technology project, a study describing the implementation of the main technological stages of the construction object, research of the transportation network, and the time and financial plan of the construction project. Further, this work presents the construction site equipment project, construction machines and mechanization proposal, technological regulations for the monolithic ceiling structure and trusses implementation, resource assurance plan, inspection and test plan, and health and safety plan for selected processes. Later, this thesis focuses on the itemized budget for the chosen technological processes of the construction object, the main lifting mechanism proposal and assessment, drawings related to selected technological regulations and LEED certification.
Construction of the Hotel Karpaty in Valašské Klobouky

The subject of my diploma thesis is the solution of the construction of the Hotel Karpaty located near the town of Valašské Klobouky.
