Modular assembly line
Kosyk, Ivan ; Dokoupil, Vladimír (referee) ; Omes, Jiří (advisor)
This master's thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a modular assembly line for the assembly of automotive fuses and bulbs. The aim of the thesis was to propose and validate the concept of a modular approach in the field of assembly, aiming to improve the efficiency and flexibility of the manufacturing process. The thesis includes an analysis of production requirements and needs, based on which a modular structure of the assembly line was developed, allowing for easy configuration changes and adaptation to different products and processes. Basic automatic assembly modules were implemented, and a transportation system with return modules was designed. The thesis also encompasses the design of suitable assembly fixtures and the execution of a simulation of an industrial robot.
