Komunikační strategie jedinečnosti vinařství v regionu Mikulov

The Bachelor thesis of the Communication strategy of uniqueness of winery in the Mikulov region deals with an analysis of the state of marketing communication strategy of wine enterprises in the Mikulov wine sub-area, focusing on selected medium-sized winery. The aim of this thesis is to create and propose a new communication strategy of this wine company. Teoretical part describes the field of winemaking, its historical origin in the Czech lands and the Mikulov sub-area. Later on it also discusses the description of marketing and marketing in the winery. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the state of marketing in wine companies in Mikulov, comparison with the wine sites of northern Italy in a form of a questionnaire survey of wine companies as well as the survey for consumers. Subsequently, in the practical part, there is contained a description of the current communication strategy of the selected winery and a development of a new company strategy as a potentially beneficial work. In the conclusion of this thesis are recommended procedures to improve this communication marketing strategy and implement it in practice of the selected wine company.

This thesis is focused on organic viticulture and winemaking in Mikulov region. This work evaluates development of organic viticulture in Mikulov viniculture region and description of organic grape growing and organic viticulture. This evaluation is focused on the areas of individual municipalities, the number and size of farms and the production and trade of organic wine. We pay special attention to the description of interspecific vine varieties, the cultivation areas and selected varieties. Thanks to our investigations of organic wine growers and organic farming winemakers we can characterize the situation in the sector, describe their motivation to farming in organic mode and prosperity of organic wine market. 5.3% of vineyards in the Mikulov region are in the organic mode. We asked 8 of 23 organic farmers in the region. All of them are constant in organic mode mainly because of the quality of its production .

This thesis is focused on the production of grapes and vine breeding efficiency in Mikulov sub-region. This work evaluates total grape production in selected municipalities and the description of grapevine breeding problems. Grape production rating is focused on varieties, number of enterprises, the age of vineyards, the area in Mikulov sub-region and in each selected municipality. Great attention was paid to the new vine breeding, selected cultivated varieties, their cultivation areas and the description of each variety. The graphical outputs were developer from the available data characterizing the grape production in various communities and throughout the Mikulov sub-region.
