Návrh tematické turistické trasy v mikroregionu Kahan

This bachelor thesis deals with a suggestion of a theme-based walking trail for tourists. The goal of this thesis is to design a trail for a tourist educational nature trail in the Kahan microregion, based in the topic of a novel Pohádka máje, to design supporting materials and estimate the price of construction of the walking trail. The trail and its target group were designed in cooperation with the Kahan microregion. The preconditions of local tourism in the Kahan microregion were stated, the existing educational nature trails of the Kahan microregion were mapped and SWOT analysis of the suggestion was carried out. The result is a suggestion of the trail „Travels to Vilém and Helenka“ as well as information leaflet drafts and a worksheet. The conclusion offers possible options for future redesign of the trail and includes the estimated price of the construction of the route.

Sociální podmínky pro agrobyznys: případová studie Kahan

This thesis deals with social conditions for agribusiness and its development in the microregion Kahan, including its demographic and social structure. The object of the study is the analysis of social aspects that affect agribusiness in the microregion Kahan. The thesis is divided into two primary parts, the theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part focuses on explanation of the basic terms regarding the topic followed by the characteristics of each village located in the analyzed microregion. Another part of the thesis is the description of agriculture in the microregion Kahan and the area of cadastral territory of relevant municipalities. The conclusion consists and sums up all findings with recommendations and suggestions for further development of the microregion Kahan. The microregion Kahan has relatively good potential for the agribusiness growth.

Transformace primárního sektoru ve vybraném rurálním mikroregionu a jeho potenciál pro regionální rozvoj (Rosicko)

Bachelor thesis addresses transformation of particular area of microregion Kahan which is situated in region Rosicko area. The theoretical part includes summary of regional development from global but also microregional point of view. It is followed by the analysis of microregion Kahan from the perspective of natural conditions, position of hinterland in Brno and in Rosice-Oslavany coal basin, also from the perspective of local residents and its structure. In this work there are characterized municipalities which are part of microregion Kahan. In the next part I brought closer two agricultural companies from the perspective of production and economy, mainly competitiveness. Closing part generalizes transformational changes in microregional area Kahan. It was found, thanks to modern innovations fewer workers are employed in the primary sector. The other discussion includes possible threats in connection with climate change.

Cestovní ruch mikroregionu Kahan

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of tourism in the microregion Kahan. Theoretical part of the thesis described the issue of tourism, forms of tourism and the state tourism policy. In another part of the diploma thesis was mentioned the basic characteristic of the microregion, the localization and realization conditions and the publicity of the microregion. In addition, a questionnaire was drawn up, in order to find out the visitors preferences and the swot analysis was created. Afterwards, were defined the proposals that were based on results of swot analysis and on results of questionnaire and that lead to additional development of tourism in microregion.
