Travel's Report from IFLA ILDS 2017 Paris

The theme of this year's conference was "No Library Left Behind: Cross-Border Resource Sharing". Discussed was a wide range of topics, from international resource sharing, tools and ways of sharing, Open Access and employee development strategies to technology in the networked world. The author was assured by the IFLA Documentation and Resource Sharing Section Standing Committee members that they will support the NTL's candidacy for the next 16th ILDS Conference in 2019 in Prague.

Introduction to the preparation of a platform to provide document delivery services, including ILL: ZÍSKEJ

Spuštěním portálu Knihovny.cz, který centralizuje fondy českých knihoven, se také zvýšila poptávka z řad odborné veřejnosti knihovníků na návazné služby. Od počátku projektu Centrálního portálu knihoven se počítalo se službou dodávání dokumentů, kterou poskytne Národní technická knihovna. Logickým výsledkem je tedy centralizovaná platforma, která bude s portálem Knihovny.cz sdílet potřebná data, což jí ve výsledku umožní nabídnout službu dodávaní dokumentů včetně MVS. Ambicí připravované platformy je zjednodušit a zatraktivnit přístup čtenářů k fondům knihoven v prostředí internetu, a poskytnout knihovnám přehledný nástroj pro agendu služeb v rámci dodávání dokumentů. Nezbytnou součástí příprav i provozu systému bude aktivní přístup knihoven zejména k parametrizaci služeb. Následující příspěvek chápeme nejen jako možnost informovat o aktuálním stavu příprav nové platformy, ale i jako zahájení vzájemné diskuze a spolupráce napříč odbornou veřejností v knihovnách.

The Analysis of the state and prospects of interlibrary loan services in the Central Bohemian Research Library in Kladno.

(in English) This thesis deals with the topic of interlibrary loan services (ILS) at general level. In addition, the trends of further development of this type of service are outlined. In specific technical part of this thesis, the development of ILS in the Central Bohemian Research Library in Kladno is analyzed, mainly on the basis of existing records since 2004. The thesis describes the function and organization of ILS in this library at present and taking into account The Concept of Development of Libraries in the Czech Republic for the years 2011 - 2015, including the implementation of internet in libraries, the thesis also lists the possible prospects of development and ensuring ILS in Kladno for the oncoming period.
