The identification, analysis and problem solution proposals in the cooperation of the chosen organizations

The focus of this thesis is an identification and analysis of problems which have occurred till now in the cooperation between two chosen organizations, followed by problem solution proposals. Methodology of two sociologists Charles H. Kepner and Benjamin B. Tregoe will be used to undertake this analysis. The thesis is divided in two parts, theoretical and practical. The aim of the theoretical part is to define the various concepts that will be used in this work, such as the Kepner-Tregoe methodology or definition of a problem. The practical part is oriented on the analysis of the cooperation of the chosen organizations and the problems that have occurred with the use of the mentioned methodology. The purpose of the thesis is to propose possible solutions and chose the most appropriate.
Kepner-Tregoe’s Existing and Potential Problem (Opportunity) Analysis at Film Festival’s Organization

This diploma thesis examines risk identification, risk assessment, and risk management of existing and potential problems and opportunities at film festival's organization, using Kepner-Tregoe's methodology of Rational Processes. In the opening chapters the term risk is defined, and the Kepner-Tregoe's methodology introduced. The extensive part of the thesis focuses on application of thesis methodology on real problems and opportunities from the author's experience with organizing film festivals both in the Czech republic, and abroad. The aim of this research and application is to find a suitable methodology that can be applied to specific conditions of such a type of cultural organization.
The application of Kepner-Tregoe methodics for risk management in chosen wedding agency

This diploma thesis is about Kepner-Tregoe methodics which is targeting on Potential Problem (Opportunity) Analysis and its usage for organizing weddings. The goal of this diploma thesis is to apply this analysis in chosen wedding agency and to determine needed process of operative risk management. The output of this thesis is printed list of risks and opportunities including corrections for their elimination or decreasing/increasing if we talk about opportunities, how to proceed if potential problems and potential opportunities show up. Part of the thesis is also to create this manual in Microsoft Office Excel 2007 but this isn't an output of either diploma thesis or its supplement and it is not public.
