Kufová, Z. The inventory management in company Pramet Tools, s.r.o. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2015. This bachelor thesis is focused on inventories and their management. The aim of this thesis is to suggest an appropriate inventory management in the company Pramet Tools, s.r.o. The thesis is consisted of two parts. In the theoretical part there will be defined concepts from the field of stockholding, classification of in-ventory, inventory costs, inventory management and its evaluation. In the practical part there will be analysed current situation of inventory management and subsequently there will be defined problematic areas. In conclusion of the bachelor thesis measures to improve the current situation will be suggested.
