The bachelor thesis focused on the using project management methods in the construction practice. The goal of the bachelor thesis is analyze proces of preparation specific construction contract on specific case which is construction of the house in Šilheřovice. The output is a proposal of another possible method including time and financial plannig.

This thesis is concerned with managing the construction project. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of the project life cycle, scheduling and its tools. The second part is the practical part, deals with the application of project management firm ZemiBau Ltd. in particular organizational structure construction, responsibility matrix, selection of subcontractors and time management through the construction schedule. The Company made several major changes before completion. In conclusion of this section are designed to define schedules and planning in various software and subsequent evaluation.
