The subject of this diploma thesis is the development of documentation for the construction of a boarding house. The proposed boarding house is located in the northwestern part of Javorníky in the picturesque village of Dlhá nad Kysucou and will be used for temporary accommodation and catering for guests of the boarding house. There are 46 accommodation units with a total capacity of 98 guests in the six-story building with a basement. The floor plan of the boarding house is rectangular, the foundation structure is chosen in the form of foundation strips. The perimeter masonry of the underground floor is monolithic reinforced concrete, the above-ground floors are made of HELUZ ground brick. Ceiling structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The roof of the building is solved atypically by a combination of counter and gable roof. Each accommodation unit has a balcony. The insulation of the building is considered with the ETICS contact system.
