Bachelor thesis deals with documentation for the execution of the construction of new building apartment house in Pelhřimov. It is the house with two above-ground floors with partial basement. The apartment building has five flats. Every flat has one cellar in basement. The loadbearing masonry is designed from clay bricks POTOTHERM with contact thermal insulaton system. The objekt is roofed with a flat roof with a pea gravel.
The flat building in Brno

The aim of this bachelor thesis is a creation of design documentation for notification of structures said in Paragraph 104 (1) (a - e) of the building act, or for issuing of building permission for an apartment building in the cadaster unit of city Brno-Bystrc. It is a new residential building in a built-up area on the outskirts of the city, designed for housing. In the vicinity, there are apartment buildings from the second half of the 20th century, most of them have been modernized recently. The building is located on a parcel of land number 2632/3 is relatively flat. The apartment building will be built in the area where the apartment buildings from the second half of the 20th century are standing. Most of the buildings were modernized lately. The new building is placed in the middle of the parcel and won’t intrude original development look. The object is designed as an apartment building with four above-ground floors without a cellar. In the building, there are 12 apartments, three flats on each floor. The apartments are designed for two to four member families. Uncovered parking on the parcel and paved areas for pedestrians are also part of this building-up. The structural system of the building is a wall masonry system made up of clay bricks. Ceiling structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The roof is single-ply, flat.
Apartment house Židlochovice

The aim of the bachelor thesis is the processing of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building. Building is situated in the city of Židlochovice, street Nádražní on building plots 548/8 and 548/11. The apartment building have three above-ground floors and one basement. In the basement are situated cellars, bicycle and pram room, common room, workshop and technical room. In the ground floor is situated four dwelling units of size 1+kk. In the second floor is situated two dwelling units of size 3+kk and 4+kk. In the top floor is situated two dwelling units of size 3+kk. External walls of the basement are from permanent formwork, the rest of the external walls are made of cut brick blocks. The building is insulated with ETICS contact thermal insulation system. Ceiling of the basement is two way cast-in-place reinforced slab. The ceilings of the other floors are semi-mounted ceilings consisting of brick inserts and ceiling beams. There is a elevator in the apartment house. The roof of the building is a warm flat roof with continuous waterproofing layer of asphalt sheet. The staircase is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. There is wall structural system.
Apartment house Novosedly

The proposed building is thus a apartment building with garages, which will be located in the village of Novosedly, in South Moravia, on two plots no. 5420/83 and 5420/84. The terrain on which the object is in a slight slope. The building of the block of flats is made of brick blocks, for the above-ground part and in the underground part it is lined with lost formwork. The roof structure of the building is arched from wooden beams.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is comparing timber frame construction and masonry building in the first and second part of building life cycle. The selected factors of these parts are costs and time-consuming of structure, comparing the masses of structures, their thermal insulation properties and their fire resistance. In the end, there is a comparison of costs of construction and construction lead-time for timber structure and masonry building.

Constructions are compared in thermal properties, acoustic properties, fire resistence, lifetime and it’s effect on the environment. Also, the thesis deals with demands on new constructions and it’s demolition involving it’s costs, time demands and it’s masses.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a non-detached new building of a family house with a residential attic in the village Bošovice, cadastral area Bošovice. The construction is largely designed as a timber, with a brick garage for two vehicles. The building is divided into a housing section, photo studio and a garage.The wooden structure consists of walls made of wooden frame, filled with thermal insulation and covered with gypsum fiber and cement-fiber boards, the ceilings are made of Posi-Joist beams with blow-in insulation. The wooden structure is built above the crawlspace. The residential part with the photo studio is covered with a gabled roof, the garage is covered with a flat roof. AutoCAD software was used to draw the drawing documentation.

The building is located on the outskirts of city to be built-up are set for habitation. The chosen parcel of land number 2632/3 is relatively flat. The apartment building will be built in where are the apartment buildings from second half of 20th century are standing. Most of the buildings were modernized lately. The new building is place in the middle of the parcel and won’t intrude original development look. The object is designed as apartment building with seven above – ground floors without cellar. In the building there are 14 apartments, two flats on each floor. Twelve flats are defined for three or four membered families, remaining two flats located on the ground floor are designed as accessible apartment for two people with reduced mobility and orientation. These two flats have reserved parking space in garage. Because it is necessary to have enough parking spaces for whole apartment building there will be create car park with pavement on the parcel. Structural system of the building is wall masonry system made up of clay bricks. Floor structure is designed from large-dimensioned filigree floor slabs because of low time requirement.
Detached house in Libáň

This bachelors thesis is focused on design of family house in Libáň. It is designed as a detached, two-storey house with cellar under technical part. It will be in service as permanent residence for a family with four members. The roof of the house will be designed as a flat roof with green roof system. Perpendicular constructions are made of Porotherm systems and precast floor slab is made of prestressed concrete floor slab from company Spiroll. The house plan contains also a two-car garage. The project was designed in ArchiCad and 3D model was made in Lumion. All the conctructions are in Czech Technical standarts.

THE SCOPE OF THIS BACHELOR´S THESIS IS A NEW BUILDING OF A HOUSE WITH BUSINESS PREMISES IN HOŘICE. THIS DETACHED HOUSE IS SITUATED ON A SLOPE AND HAS THREE STOREYS. BUSINESS PREMISES ARE IN THE BASAMENT AND HAVE THEIR OWN ENTRANCE. THE OTHER STOREYS MAKE A LIVING AREA. THE BUILDING IS INTENDED FOR PERNAMENT HOUSING OF FOUR PERSONS. EXTERNAL LOADBEARING STRUCTURES ARE MADE OF CLAY BLOCKS. EXTERNAL WALLS IN THE BASEMENT ARE MADE OF CONCRETE BLOCKS. SPIROLL PANELS ARE USED FOR STRUCTURE OF CEILING. ROOFING IS MONO-PITCHED MADE OF TRUSS GIRDERS. THE DESIGN WAS PROCESSED IN 3D PROGRAM ARCHICAD.
