The Management of Services in a Selected Company

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to examine the degree of customer satisfaction with Kenast, s.r.o. The company focuses on school and office equipment. The company was evaluat through analyses specializing in external and internal environments. In the practical part analyses of the state of the company were carried out. Selected analysis include, for example, STEP analysis, SWOT analysis, SPACE matrix, or questionnaire survey. The questionnaire survey was provid to 100 business customers who rated their satisfaction with the services. On the basis of the analysis carried out, proposals were made to improve the service in the future. The proposals were not very much because the analysis made show that the position of the company on the market is very strong and the customers are fully satisfied with the offer of services. Therefore, it is recommended to the company to remain focused on its customers, maintain the status of "family business with exceptional atmosphere" and provide high quality services as it has been so far.
