The use of superelements in solving large systems of MKP
Hluška, Milan ; Halabuk, Dávid (referee) ; Návrat, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the utilization of superelements in finite element method simulations. First, the basic theory of FEM and superelements is explained. The principles and procedures of using superelements in ANSYS and its scripting language APDL is described next. Third part focuses on custom-made program that illustrates the appication of superelements, and its results of an exemplary calculation are compared with the results from ANSYS APDL in the last part.

Evaluation of content levels of selected micro- and macro-elements in grain of fodder wheat cultivars produced within company RABBIT Trhový Štěpánov, a.s.
NERAD, František
The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the content parameters of a selected group of macro and micro-elements in wheat seed (Triticum aestivum) within a group of varieties (Elixer, Vanessa, Tobak, Bombus) for feed use. Grain samples obtained in an experiment conducted within the company Rabbit Trhový Štěpánov a.s. on three different sites. In addition to the analysis of the selected group of grain qualitative parameters, the yield parameters (number of plants and cobs per area and harvested grain volume per unit area) were also evaluated. The introductory part of the thesis focuses on general information on wheat, its importance and its use. Another part of the literary research focuses on the chemical composition of the grain, the quality of the wheat and the factors affecting the quality of the wheat. The most important and most extensive part of literary research focuses on general information on minerals and their importance in animal nutrition. The methodology of the work includes the presentation of Holding Rabbit Trhový Štěpánov a.s., characteristics of the varieties and habitats on which the experiment was carried out. Furthermore, of course, it contains the soil and climatic characteristics of the sites and methods used to obtain the assessed data. The final part of the work is devoted to the results, the discussion and the conclusion in which the achieved results are evaluated and compared. It should be added that the data were obtained in the framework of the experiment in close cooperation with Rabbit Trhový Štěpánov a.s. and the level of selected elements in the grain was determined in a certified laboratory according to standardized methodologies and standard operating procedures.
Poruchy kalciového metabolizmu u masného a dojeného skotu
NOVÁ, Hana
The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the disorders of calcium metabolism occuring in breeding of milk cattle and beef cattle. The disorders are not only serious health problem but also economic problem, the disorders can be prevented by balance of ration of fodder respecting physiological needs of high-productive animals. The research took place in 2013-2015 in 3 breeding of dairy cows (Haklovy Dvory, Velký Bor, Hořepík) and in one breeding of cattle for meat raised on pasture (Čejkovice). Overall, it was examined 179 pieces of cattle. The content of Ca was determined from blood serum and urine, the additional parameter was portion of P, Mg and ALP in blood plasma. Only in breeding of cattle in Hořepík was the content of Ca in normal rate, despite the high consumption of beef cattle in other places was detected the subclinical hypocalcemia. In the period of mating, the older beef cattle raised on pastures suffered from fractures of femur as a consequence of hypocalcemia and the weight of bulls. The factors influencing the presence of hypocalcemia includes the standard of zootechnical and veterinary care and also the real intake of Ca respecting the productive and reproductive level of cattle. The reduced intake of Ca of beef cattle raised on pastures is influenced by the runoff of calcium fertilizers during periodically recurring floods. It is highly recommended to regularly analyze fodder and the content of Ca in body fluids as a preventive measures.
