The cooperation of central state and local public authorities with civil society organizations within the integration of immigrants

Effective integration of migrants should be seen as a multidimensional process that requires commitment and partnership of all stakeholders. In the Czech Republic the integration is shifting to the local level increasingly. It is a slow process followed by various difficulties, but it creates a number of challenges to cooperation of civil society organizations, boroughs and other stakeholders. The thesis focuses on the cooperation of actors in the area of integration of migrants from third countries in Prague, where the situation is influenced by a number of specific factors. Based on the studies and analysis of available materials and conducted interviews, work explains how and in what areas cooperation of actors works or does not work. Work presents which positives, barriers and potential capacity of cooperation see representatives of civil society organizations, boroughs and state institutions as well.

Cílem této práce je aplikovat metody testování přístupnosti internetových stránek na weby městských částí Prahy. Pro dosažení tohoto cíle však nejprve charakterizuji základní rysy přístupnosti a skupiny uživatelů, pro které má přístupnost internetových stránek zásadní význam. V další části se pak stručně věnuji historickému vývoji metodických pokynů pro tvorbu přístupného webu jak na globální, tak na české úrovni a vzhledem faktu, že jsem se zabýval weby městských částí v Praze, jež patří mezi orgány veřejné správy, jsem neopomenul ani vývoj legislativních podmínek a doporučených postupů daných legislativou České republiky. Samotnému testu přístupnosti pak předchází řada omezení, jejichž cílem je snížení komplexnosti testu tak, aby vyhovoval rozsahu této práce i mým schopnostem a možnostem. Dále stanovuji způsob provedení testu a závěrečných částech seznamuji čtenáře s dílčími a později i souhrnnými výsledky testu přístupnosti jednotlivých webů proti vybraným bodům metodiky ?Best practice ?
