Performance Assessment of the Selected Company according to Model Start Plus and Proposals for the Improvement

The diploma thesis focuses on the evaluation of the performance of a selected company using the multicriteria model START PLUS. The diploma thesis is divided into four fundamental chapters, which are interconnected. The first part of the thesis describes the objectives and methodology of this work. The theoretical part contains the main and basic concepts regarding the measurement of business performance. The analytical part is devoted to the characteristics of the company, where data collection and complex analysis takes place according to the selected START PLUS model. The result of this analysis is an overall evaluation of the given categories of the company according to the set criteria, recognition of strengths and opportunities for improvement. In the last part of the work, real measures are created that should contribute to the company to increase competitiveness, efficiency, and effectiveness.
