Research of capital structure in business environment of Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis deals with long-term financial funds. The aim of this work is to reflect changes in capital structure of non-financial enterprises in Czech Republic (from 2007 to the first half of 2010) using vertical and horizontal analysis and to compare the basic external financial funds and their use in the market. Capital structure analysis revealed only small differences between the value of equity and debt capital, and also the different structure of smaller firms use more long-term liabilities.From the comparison of market products, it was found that bank loans are the most used for financing business needs, the usage of leasing and factoring declines. Non-financial enterprises do not trade on capital market very much.
