Object of permanent housing
Buberník, Jan ; Vorlíčková, Petra (referee) ; Donaťáková, Dagmar (advisor)
This bachelor thesis solves the design of a semi-detached house called "Object of permanent housing" in Luhačovice (district Zlín). It is a two and three storey building located in a quiet part of town on a sloping terrain. When viewed from the road, the right object is one underground floor and one aboveground floor. The left object consists of one underground floor and two aboveground floors. In total, these are two separate housing units, which are adapted to the number of users. On the underground floor there is the main social zone - living room, kitchen, dining room and sanitary facilities with an antechamber. On the first floor there is a quiet zone - bedroom, room, bathroom and technical zone - technical background and garage. On the second floor there is only a quiet zone - children's rooms and sanitary facilities. The supporting system of the object is in the longitudinal and transverse directions. The underground floor is designed from reinforced concrete and serves as a retaining wall. All aboveground floors are designed from ceramic hollow blocks. The ceilings are monolithic from reinforced concrete and serve as bracing wreaths. The thesis contains project documentation for construction.
