The thesis is based on the company's financial statements, which have become the basis for the financial analysis. The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of the company in the years 2010 - 2016, to identify the efficiency of its management and to propose possible improvements for the future. The secondary objective is also to assess the quality of the business environment. The work is divided into two parts, a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part explains the concept of financial analysis, its most commonly used methods, and the criteria for assessing the business environment. In the practical part there is applied financial analysis of a selected company.

The bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of the financial situation of the selected company. The subject of this thesis is to carry out a financial analysis, interpret the results and evaluate the quality of the business environment in which the company is located. In the literature search is described financial analysis, its methods, users and indicators. Furthermore, the evaluation of business environment and individual factors that influence it are mentioned. The practical part focuses on the financial analysis of the company itself, calculation of indicators and evaluation of the business environment. The conclusion of the thesis is a summary of the results and suggestions for recommendations.

Czech business environment from the perspective of Italian entrepreneurs

The final thesis deals with the topic "Czech business environment from the perspective of Italian entrepreneurs." It is divided into three chapters. The first chapter covers the business environment in general and evaluates the position of the Czech Republic in various competitiveness rankings or reports. The second chapter describes the Czech business environment -- its state and development from 1989 to the present and evaluates the Czech business environment using the PEST analysis. The last chapter is purely practical and outlines the view of Italian entrepreneurs on the Czech business environment, their opinions and experience gained during doing business in the Czech Republic. The whole thesis is summarized at the end in the SWOT analysis of the Czech business environment.

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is a review and an evaluation of the financial situation of the company TVARBET MORAVIA, a.s.. in the years 2006 -- 2010 as well as an effectiveness analysis of the running business. A partial aim of this thesis is also a review of the quality of business environment in Hodonín and its neighbourhood and his influence on the economic situation of the company. This thesis is focused on the financial analysis and quality of business environment. The theoretical part contains a literature review on this topic. In practical part is the financial analysis for the company, several methods and approaches were chosen, especially the horizontal and vertical analysis, the analysis of the ratio of the indices, differential indicators and the prediction of financial pressure of business. Business environment is evaluated using the working, infrastructure, local, price, business and environmental factors.
