Češpiva, Zdeněk ; Binar, Luboš (referee) ; Zeizinger, Lukáš (advisor)
This diploma thesis provides a brief overview of the soil processing issue in the introduction. It is followed by the research review in the field of combined cultivators. Furthermore, the possible concepts of copying devices for agricultural machinery are described. The main part of this thesis focuses on the actual design proposal of a copying device and subsequent strength analysis of the weldment using the finite element method. Adjustments to the weldment are made based on the evaluated results of the strength analysis. The thesis also includes a strength inspection of replacements. The concluding section emphasizes operational and production analysis of failure rates. The thesis is accompanied by engineering drawings.
The issue of the occurrence of failures of machines for sowing soil preparation.
ČERNÝ, Miroslav
By the machines intended for tillage, which use crumbling and tamping rollers, are frequent breakdowns of their bearings. The possible reasons of breakdowns of the bearings in the machine SATURN 6 P were monitored. After the evaluation of the breakdowns were proposed two options how to replace or improve today used flanged bearings. At the conclusion is the proposed construction compared with a financial point of view of a new project, which presented the machinemaker of SATURN, in the course of writing of this thesis.
