Apartment building

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the design of a new apartment building and the elaboration of project documentation for the construction. The apartment building is located on the southern outskirts of the city of Brno in the Brno - Jih district, in the part of the village Přízřenice on flat terrain. The building is designed as a free-standing building with four above-ground floors and one underground floor completely sunk below ground level. In the underground part of the apartment building there is a technical background of the building and individual cellar cubicles for the housing units. There are twelve residential units in the above-ground part of the building, three units on each floor. Housing units on the ground floor are complemented by terraces, housing units on other floors are complemented by balconies and loggias. A barrier-free entrance to the building is designed. An elevator is also designed in the building. The above-ground part of the apartment building is made of Porotherm ceramic blocks and insulated with a contact thermal insulation system. The external load-bearing walls in the basement are monolithic made of reinforced concrete. The horizontal load-bearing structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. A single-skin flat roof is designed for the apartment building. The building is based on foundation strips. The building is designed parking with a sufficient number of parking spaces. The house is designed according to the requirements for buildings with almost zero energy consumption. Such a requirement has been achieved through heat recovery and building envelope parameters.
Apartment building B1

The main subject of this bachelor thesis is the new apartment building B1. The apartment building is projected in Kroměříž and it contains three above-ground floors with a residential attic and a basement, covered with gable roof. There is a garage, storage and a utility room in the basement. Each floor contains one residential unit. The apartment on the first floor is accesible for people with reduced mobility and orientation. The entrance is from the east side on Havlíčkova street. The access to the garage is on the south side. The walls of the building are made of Porotherm clay blocks. Horizontal frameworks include POT beams and MIAKO inserts. The building is based on strip foundations. The work includes project documentation of the construction.
Low-floor Apartmen Building

This thesis is focused on designing a simple low-floor apartment building. The chosen land, on which the building schould be standing on, is located in the village Velký Újezd in the vicinity of the city of Olomouc. The structure is designed as an apartment building without a basement, with three above-ground floors and 11 flats. There’s a communal storage part on the 1st floor. The vertical supporting construction are made of Porotherm ceramic blocks, the ceiling structure is made of POT supports and MIAKO ceramic blocks, the roof is saddle shaped with an angle of 12°, its supporting structure is is made of wooden fish girder.
FAMILY HOUSE IN LÁZNIČKY, AREA POD LESEM

The topic of this thesis is a detached house for family, which has got four members, in the village Lazníčky, Přerov district. This house is projected as a two-floor rectangular building with a cellar and a garage. The roof above the second floor is above the saddle. The roofing is designed for ceramic tile Tondach. There is a playroom, a workroom, a utility room, a cellar and a storeroom in the basement. On the first floor there is a hall, a toilet, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room and a storeroom for the garden tools, which is accessible only from the garden. There is an access to the garden from the kitchen too. On the second floor there is an en suite bedroom, two childrens´ room, a study and a bathroom. Vertical perimeter masonry in the basement is made by comprised of shuttering BTB, 300 mm with an external thermal insulation ISOVER EPS Perimetr, 100 mm. A vertical wall is made from a ceramic masonry POROTHERM 30 P + D, 300 mm with an external thermal insulation ISOVER EPS 100F, 100 mm. The horizontal support structure is constructed with the ceiling beams POT and the inserts MIAKO.

The bachelor thesis is the project of the family house with two floors in Veverská Bítýška. It is a detached house with a partial basement in form of a rectangle. The building is designed for four people. The land is situated in a suburb of Veverská Bítýška. There is a storeroom and technical room in the basement. The first elevated floor is divided to the dressing room, vestibule with the entrance into toilet, bathroom, living room connected with dining room and kitchen and office. There is an entrance to the outdoor terrace in a living room and office. Cars could be parked under the pergola. In the second floor we find bedroom for children, workroom with cloakroom, chamber, bathroom with toilet and two bedrooms. The vertical external bearing constructions in the basement are made of concrete blocks Prescot MAX 250x300x500 mm. The vertical external bearing constructions of the elevated part of the house are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 42.5 Ti Profi 248x425x249 mm. The vertical internal bearing constructions are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 25 AKU P+D 372x250x238 mm. The vertical internal non-bearing constructions are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 11.5 AKU P+D 497x115x238 mm. The horizontal bearing constructions are made of the ceramic girders Pot and the inserts Miako of the ceiling system Porotherm. The gabled roof has 40°, the roof coat is made of the concrete folded roof bag Bramac.

Diploma thesis is focused on design and elaboration of detailed design of polyfunctional building by Střelice, Brno-venkov the parcel number5804/4 and 5804/5. Proposition of the object respects both commune plan and current street buildings. It‘s not supposed to create stress with its shape and size, but complete actual buildings. It has four elevated floors, one basement and flat roof. Building has commercial space, mass garage and flats, it‘s determinate for study purpose.

The subject of the bachelor´s thesis is the design of an apartment building in Letohrad, a city located in the Pardubice region, district Ústí nad Orlicí. The object consists of four above ground floors and one underground floor. The building is designed with a total of 8 residental units of different size. The third above ground floor forms with the fourth above ground maisonettes, each of the maisonettes has in the fourth above ground floor walking terrace with beautiful view of the city of Letohrad. The building has brick supporting system of clay blocks with clay ceiling, stair construction is reinforced concrete monolythic and is coupled with ceiling. The building has an elevator.

Bachelor thesis is focuses on project family house with two-floors in Lukovany. It is a detached house with a partial basement. The building is designed for four people. There is the garage for two cars,the laundry,the boiler room and the store room in the basement. The first elevated floor can be divided into active and passive part. In the passive zone there are two bedrooms for children, the bedroom for parents and a bathroom. This part of the house does not have the basement and this part has a straight roof. In the active zone of the house there are the vestibule, the toilet, the kitchen and the living room. In the living room and kitchen there is free entry into the outdoor terrace. In the second floor there is a study room, a library and a playroom for children. There is also the entry into the roof terrace. The terrace has two parts. One part is the timber terrace and the nother part is the grassed over terrace. The second floor covers the gabled roof with specific lagging noun. The roof coat is made of a ceramic burnt roof bag Tondach. The vertical brickwork is formed by concrete blocks Livetherm SIP-NC P10 400x300x198 mm in the basement. The vertical construction of the elevated part of the house is made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 30 Profi 247x300x249 mm. The horizontal construction is made of the ceiling girders Pot and the ceiling inserts Miako of Porotherm system.

This thesis describes the design of apartment building in Zdounky in Kromeriz. It is a cellar apartment house, standing on the slopes. The apartment building has one basement and free above. Total consists of 5 units of different size and possible. On the first floor are two flat, on the second floor are two flat and on the third floor i sone flat. An object is construction of the ceramic blocks. Ceilings are of ceramic liner and the beams, the roof is gabled roof bag barn. The work includes project documentation for the construction.
