Vliv antropogenní činnosti na chemismus půdy
Tlušťáková, Adéla
Bachelor thesis is focused on studying of anthropogenic activities on soil chemical properties. The aim was to determine selected soil chemical properties (soil reaction, nutrients content and humus content and quality). The objects of study were: Modal Cambisol (Svárov) and Luvic Chernozem (Unčovice) under convetional tillage system and minimum tillage system. We came to the conclusion that more affected by anthropogenic activities were Cambisols than Chernozems.
Obsah a kvalita humusu u intenzivně obhospodařovaných kambizemí
Cimová, Dagmar
The aim of bachelor thesis is to evaluate content and quality of soil organic matter in Cambisols intensively used in agriculture. Cambisols under conventional management are positively affected by compost application. Increasing of humus content and quality was found out. Amount of nitrogen also increased and C/N ratio was more favourite for soil microorganisms. Compost application improved soil quality and chemical and biological soil properties.
Půdy pralesovitých reliktů na Šumavě pod vlivem přirozených a antropogenních disturbancí
Posker, Tomáš
This work describes the soil environment of old forests in CHKO Šumava Protec-ted Landscape Area. It will be used to determine the habitat framework of soil conditions follow-up multidisciplinary research that aims to determine the biolo-gical value of the stands and to derive recommendations of management mea-sures in these forest-like relics. The soil environment was characterized by soil profiles and laboratory analysis. The dominatesoil unit is the Entic podzol, espe-cially in its variant of hypreskeletic Entic Podzols. The average genetic depth is 85 cm, but some soil profiles are extremely shallow (up to 5 cm). A relatively high degree of pedodiversity has been found, approaching the values of the Boubínský prales, which was the reference for us.

Hodnocení půdních poměrů na lokalitě Čikov
Teplý, Lukáš
The aim of bachelor thesis was to do pedologic survey soils at the locality Čikov (Třebíč region). Furthermore the main characteristics and conditions of the Forest nursery Čikov was given. We studied basic soil properties and evaluated the administrative soil price. Results showed that the main soil type is Cambisol with strongly acid soil reaction, middle nutrients and humus content.
Rozdělení primární organické půdní hmoty v kambizemích a pseudoglejích oblasti Třeboňska
VRZÁKOVÁ, Miroslava
An assessment of the method of calculation of the humus content in soils by multiplying the factor 1 724 and Found That this conversion is unsuitably. The Western Třeboň Soil The new method has been Demonstrated in Patent MS 304,265th The main soil types and have a narrow cambisoils pseudogleys Trebon region and the high humus content the primary PPOH. Soil acidity is mikroedafonu causes limiting the activity of soil.
Vztah výměnné acidity a iontovýměnné kapacity v kambizemích Jihočeského kraje.
NOVÁK, Jiří
Literature search was processed , which were generally described concepts relating to soil complex, but also various soil types, with a focus on cambisol South Bohemia. Additionally the general explained concepts regarding acidification and ion-exchange complex soils. In the practical part of the work was determined by measurement of exchangeable soil acidity. Based on this measurement Soils were evaluated as slightly acidic. It was also calculated the need for healing liming locations. It was also determined the maximum sorption capacity. Soil collected on site has been categorized soils with moderate capacity ion-exchange sorption complex.
Změna množství a kvality humusových látek u kambizemí po aplikaci kompostu
Balšánová, Nikola
The aim of bachelor thesis Effects of compost application on humic substances content and quality in Cambisols is to evaluate the effect of compost application on basic soil properties of selected subtypes of Cambisols. Cambisols were under different land use --Haplic Cambisol (Malonty, conventional tillage), Pseudogleyic Cambisol (Desky, minimum tillage) and Haplic Cambisol (Rapotín, permanent grassland). Results showed that compost application in conventional tillage system affected total organic carbon content, soil reaction and content of potassium in soil. Compost application in minimum tillage system affected total organic carbon content, soil reaction, water extractable carbon content and content of magnesium, calcium and phosphorus. Compost application in permanent grassland affected total organic carbon content, humic substances content, water extractable carbon content and basal soil respiration.
