Special Methods for Microwave Vector Measurements
Urbanec, Tomáš ; Svačina, Jiří (advisor)
Theoretical principles of the sixport measurement method are presented. Description of theoretical design and influence of its parameters on measurement precision follows. Simple sixport measurement system was made and its parameters are described. As the main thesis contribution there is described a new approach to method with more detectors in the system. Mean features are more valid sixports at one specific frequency and frequency bandwidth aviable up to 1 : 100 and more. Such a wideband measurement system was designed for the frequencies between 50 and 2680 MHz and its parameters are presented in the work.
The timeline of the development of meteorological characteristics of water level ultrasonic sensors
Šamánek, Radek ; Zubík, Pavel (referee) ; Žoužela, Michal (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis deals with collection and evaluation of data from selected water level measuring sensors which are installed in-situ and in laboratory conditions. By comparing actual and measured water levels and its statistic evaluation, trends were determined in the timeline development of measuring capabilities of relevant ultrasonic sensors.
Monitoring of the temperature stratification of water using EIS method
Műnsterová, Zuzana ; Novotná, Jitka (referee) ; Pařílková, Jana (advisor)
Bachelor thesis examines the possibility of using the measuring apparatus based on the application of the method of electrical impedance spectrometry (EIS) for monitoring the temperature stratification of the water. For measurement are used the devices Z-meter III and Z-meter IV, which were designed in project E!4981 and E!7614 international applied research in program EUREKA. Part of the thesis is also a proposal of the probe. The experiment is carried out in a laboratory conditions, Laboratory of Water Management Research, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Brno University of Technology.
