Trend výnosů ječmene setého v kontextu vývoje klimatu
Procházková, Andrea
With an agro-meteorological model AVISO (Agro-meteorological Computing and Information System) was computed water reserve in the soil which is utilizable by roots of the plants, for 16 trial stations ÚKZÚZ (Central Institute for Supervising and Testing in Agriculture) in the vegetation period 1975 -- 2010. Yield series of ÚKZÚZ stations, for spring barley (Hordeum vulgare L.), were correlated with values of water reserve which were expressed in % of available water holding capacity (% AWHC). Statistically conclusive relation between barley yield and % AWHC of the soil was determined in some stations, but not in an average in production areas. When the monitored period was divided into two stages (1975 -- 1990 and 1995 -- 2010) the decrease of % AWHC was confirmed in all production areas in the second period, except mountain area of production. For area Olomouc was carried out a long term air temperature analysis and precipitation amount in the period 1961 -- 1990 and for scenario periods 2021 -- 2050 and 2071 -- 2100. An evaluation of temperature rate is based on size of a standard deviation from normal and in precipitation rate on division of data file into percentiles. From comparison of periods is evident increase of months with above normal temperatures and of precipitation extreme months -- both under and above normal.
Sledování vybraných parametrů ovlivňujících gushing u sladovnického ječmene
Němec, David
Presented diploma thesis is about malting barley as a initial ingredient for producing beer and about its negative effect called gushing. In the first part of dissertation is described technological procedure of malt production and defined term gushing. Also there are mentioned information about cause of initiation, reduction possibilities and methods to describe gushing phenomena. Practical part is mainly focused to define susceptibility of malting barley to gushing and for testing was chosen three days test Carlsberg. The gushing was monitored on differently treated vegetation of spring barley which was grown in seasons 2012 and 2013 in Hrubčice locality. On the performed 160 testing samples were evaluated influence of threads barley on degree of barley gushing.
Analýza druhového spektra plevelů polních plodin v zemědělském podniku
Chalupová, Lenka
The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the spectrum of species and the abundance of weed infestation in the selected company. The measurements were performed on the land of AGRAS Bohdalov, Ltd., located in region Vysočina and farms on 1,280 hectares of land. The evaluation was carried out in two crops: winter wheat and spring barley after various preceding crop. For evaluation there was used a numerical method; on quarter m2 with a conversion to 1m2. In winter wheat was found 19 weed species. The most abundant were Field pansy (Viola arvensis), Ivy-leaved speedwell (Veronica hederifolia) and Goosegrass (Galium aparine). In the cover of spring barley were found 15 weed species. The most common were Field pansy (Viola arvensis), Field pennycress (Thlaspi arvense) and Shepherd's purse (Capsella bursa-pastoris).
Vliv ošetření osiva superabsorbčním polymerem na vzcházení, růst a výnos plodiny
Lokaj, Lukáš
The thesis deals with the use of a superabsorbent polymer, specifically seed coated with this polymer and the evaluation of emergence, growth and yield of the crop. One part of the experiment was carried out in the laboratory, namely plant germination, while the second part was carried out under field conditions on the land of the School Farm at the site of Žabčice in the years 2020–2022. The effects of SAP seed treatment on germina-tion, emergence and crop yield were monitored. Four experimental treatments were evalu-ated for wheat, barley, maize and rape, namely seed untreated, seed treated with SAP, seed picled and seed picled and treated with SAP. SAP treated seed germinated faster for all crops. For wheat variety Luana and maize variety Celong, SAP increased yield by al-most 0.5 t/ha, and for rape by 0.7 t/ha. Barley and maize variety Alombo were negatively affected by SAP.
The barley growing and quality in the Czech Republic 1990-2018
MACHALOVÁ, Tereza
The bachelor thesis describes growing of spring malting barley in the Czech Republic in the years 1990 to 2018. Spring barley is the second most grown cereal and important crop. This thesis contains basic biological characteristics, farming technology, sowed areas and quality of the spring barley in the period of time. Also changes that include in this time period. Other chapters describes a history and present time of varieties malting barley and as well at their rating and appropriateness for a malt production as one of the main raw material for beer production.
Vyhodnocení intenzity zaplevelení vybraných polních plodin
Daňková, Šárka
The aim of this bachelor thesis was to evaluate the occurrence of weeds in selected field crops in the agricultural enterprise AGROLA, which manages in the Vyškov district. Monitoring was carried out on winter wheat, barley and maize. Incubation was evaluated by a numerical method. The results showed that wheat is the most threatened species of Galium aparine and Cirsium arvense. A total of 8 species were found in barley, the most numerous of which was Silene noctiflora. Maize is most affected by Elytrigia repens and Convolvulus arvensis.
