Health Education and Strategy of Mental Hygiene in Education Process.

My Bachelor Thesis deals with a subject of mental hygiene in the Czech Republic. The theoretic part focuses on actual health knowledge as a complex, and also its particular parts and influences which take effect on people. In the following it briefly characterizes psychological description of a group of adolescents. The practical part contains methodical mental hygiene educating plan created for secondary school students. Formation the programme as well as its results come from diagnostic methods - interventional method, questioning, observation, projective technique. The programme is based on 10 meetings and its result shows its high benefits even from short time education. There was students{\crq} expressive turnover in the way of self evaluation. They also rebuilt their values, expanded their knowledge and interpersonal relations acquirements and they got to know new options of active exercises.
