The Czechs in Belgrade and their social structure in years 1918-1941

This thesis deals with a Czech minority in interwar Belgrade. The aim was to examine and provide a comprehensive description of the life inside this community where important factors were an ability to integrate and a large degree of assimilation. Although the focus of my study is limited to a particular group of the Czech minority, a general view of the situation can be implied. The main sources of my work were annual reports of the Czechoslovakian village in Belgrade and other unpublished sources.
