Influence of the surface roughness features on the next rolling bearing element
Saksa, Vladimír ; Zapletal, Tomáš (referee) ; Košťál, David (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with investigation of influence of the surface roughness features on the next rolling bearing elements. It researches changes in the film profile entering into the contact. This thesis describes also elastohydrodynamic lubrication regime by witch each rolling bearing works as well as the difference between fully flooded and starvation contact of rolling ring with rolling bearing element. The part of the thesis is the experiment using different kinds of lubricats from which is visible really influence of these contacts. This experiment is realized on the contact simulator and the film thickness is measured using method of optical interferometry.
Signal processing in low-coherence interferometry
Novotný, Peter ; Ševčík,, Robert (referee) ; Havlíková, Marie (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the algorithms for signal processing in a field of a low-coherence interferometry. The introductory part is devoted to the basic principle of the low-coherence interferometry and to presenting its field of applications. The second part contains a list of selected algorithms supplemented by a description of their functionality. The procedure of experimental measurement of known surface with Michelson interferometer is described in the third part and the results obtained for particular algorithms are presented. Finally, algorithms are compared on the basis of measurement results.
