Application of Integrated Tools in the Development of Rural Areas
ŠIMÁNKOVÁ, Marcela
The bachelor thesis is focused on the use of the integrated tool Community-Led Local Development (CLLD) in the programming period 2014-2020. The main goal of this thesis was to define the factors and conditions that can affect the use of this tool in practice both negatively and positively. The theoretical part of the thesis first dealt with the topic of territorial cohesion and then focused on the development of integrated approaches and tools not only in the European Union, but in the Czech Republic as well. Territorial cohesion is one of the tools used to meet the objectives of the European Union. The practical part of the work describes in detail the integrated tool CLLD and its implementation in the drawing of resources from European funds. For research and subsequent description of the implementation of the CLLD tool, available documents and data were obtained in the form of researches, especially from the website of the umbrella organization of CLLD holders (National Network of Local Action Groups), its annual reports; as well as from the website of the Ministry of Regional Development and their professional sites, which are specifically focused on European funds. This is followed by an analysis of the use of CLLD by the two holders of this tool - m LAG Moravský kras and LAG Hrušovansko. The data available on the websites of both LAGs were used to determine the specific use, in particular the document Community-led Local Development Strategy and the evaluation report on the implementation of the CLLD.
