Family house

This bachelor thesis presents a design of a a family house for 4 -5 member family. The house is situated in Lány near Prague. The house is designed as a two-storey house with a partly flat roof and partly classical roof. Both inside and outside the house, the design respects different levels of the ground around. The house is divided into a living area and garage. The ground floor is intended as a daytime area and it is suitable for family activities. The first floor with bedrooms is intended as a place to sleep and relax. The entrance into the family house is designed on the ground floor. The house is built on a concrete base platform supported by foundation structure. The ground floor and the first floor are made of ceramic blocks. Exterior walls are insulated with Rockwool mineral wool panels. The roof is designed from prefabricated extensive green roof trays. Analysis of thermal and mechanical properties of the house and fire safety report on the building solution is also a part of this bachelor thesis.

The work deals with the technological stage sheathing hall and office portion of the building. It contains technical regulations for three types of cladding. Type of casing for the indoor portion of the sandwich panels. Cladding for the administrative part are HPL plates and plates enamelled glass. Describes the work schedule, bill of quantities, design mechanical assemblies, occupational safety and health.
Military museum Kraliky - planning of implementation and management of construction

This thesis is aimed at the Military Museum in Kraliky. This construction made on the basis of the initial design of the designer. For this reason, it was necessary to deal with during the processing work some technical problems, transport of materials to the construction site or purely site layout itself. The whole area of the museum consists of several buildings. The largest and main building of the exposition hall with steel supporting structures, then there is the Administration building, which in turn is a brick workshop that has as Exp hall steel structure. There is also a replica of the First Republic Military cottage, which has a wooden frame and demonstration area, where there will be live demonstrations of military equipment.

The house is designed as a two-storey house with a flat roof and a partial basement. Both inside and outside the house, the design respects different levels of the ground around. The house is divided into a living area and a multifunctional area. The multifunctional part of the house is situated in the basement where there is also a garage for two cars, a furnace room and a recreation room. The ground floor is intended as a daytime area and it is suitable for family activities. The first floor with bedrooms is intended as a place to sleep and relax. The entrance into the family house is designed on the ground floor, from the southwest side. The entrance into the multifunctional area is designed in the basement, from the northwest side. The house is built on a concrete base platform supported by foundation structure. The basement is made of lost form construction filled with concrete, the ground floor and the first floor are made of ceramic blocks. Exterior walls are insulated with ETIC mineral wool panels. The roof is designed from prefabricated extensive green roof trays. Analysis of thermal and mechanical properties of the house and fire safety report on the building solution is also a part of this bachelor thesis.
