This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of real processes in the company, which focuses on the development of web applications and systems. Processes are modeled using the BPMN 2.0 notation and their simulations are performed. Based on the analysis, process innovations are designed.Complete process of developing a web application is performedwith IFML support. Implementation of the applica-tion is completed in the Nette framework.

Process innovation for the selected company

The topic of the thesis Process Innovation for the Selected Company is to analyze the process of setup new customer/entity into the company’s database system. The main aim of the thesis is to analyze the process of setup with all steps related, evaluate the process and propose the improvement of the process weaknesses. Practical part describes the current processes the company is operating on, this process is mapped by the process map and analyze using the DMAIC analysis with application of SIPOC and FMEA. The result of the thesis is proposal of the new process with changes of owners and its responsibilities of the individual process steps. The implementation of the new process improves the efficiency and decrease the idle time between the individual steps, what would shortage the overall time of the process. The remaining part of the thesis evaluate of the effectiveness of the proposed process changes and the possibility of its implementation in similar FSSC on the global market.

Využití procesního modelování pro inovace procesů ve firmě Morfico s.r.o.

This thesis deals with analysis of real processes in company Morfico s.r.o., which does business in the market of construction materials. The processes are modeled using UML 2.0 and BPMN 2.0 notation using CASE tool Enterprise Architect. Thereafter is per-formed their analysis and evaluation of their effectiveness. Based on the analysis of in-novation processes are executed and one of the innovations is implemented as a web application using PHP and MySQL technologies.

This diploma thesis deals with business processes of enterprise developing ERP solutions for importers and suppliers of consumer goods. Analysis of specific processes in Apprise Software enterprise is base for business process modelling with UML notation in CASE software tools of Enterprise Architect. Effectiveness of modelled processes are evaluated, optimizations and innovations are designed.
